Brand New Fully Remodeled Guest house with new furniture and fixtures. Perfect for those guest who prefer their privacy! The guest is 600 square feet also has a uniquely attached garage. The guest house was completely remodeled in 2015 with every surface being touched. The kitchen has the latest in cabinetry, with a lazy susan and in cabinet trash receptacle. The refrigerator has filtered water and ice for those hot summer days!

Kevin and Dan’s space is fabulous and we highly recommend it for any travelers. Stayed for a conference and with traffic to downtown it was about 24 mins. Love that it is quieter than being right in the city! Very kind hosts! I am a repeat guest and plan to come again in future.

Great, clean place to stay. Well equipped with everything you could need. Easy check in. Kevin and Dan were easy to communicate with and gave easy to follow instructions for check in and check out. Very cute and affordable space. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect place for the single or couple travelers!! This little cottage was beyond expectations! Upgraded appliances, modern and comfortable furniture, as well as plenty of room. Kevin and Dan were absolutely great! Definitely staying here again when I need to visit downtown…
