Persons with allergies should not rent properties that are pet friendly , This house is not handicap accessible and may not be for large people with 24 inch doors. There is no view of the water. Pool is across the street.

Park car at 28 Glendale St on spot L and no other spot as we tow . If you text us time or arrival we will be happy to help with parking and show you around. Walk down cobblestone walkway 30 yards and the French Door to the Lemon Cottage is across from the green hot tub. Walk into recreation area with beach chairs to the left. The French Door with key in lock or under mat is across from Hot Tub. We leave the key under mat or in the door., If you need a second parking spot let us know and we will try and help otherwise all of Mandalay Ave is metered. Address is 638 Mandalay Ave with antique brick patio in front and sliding glass doors. You are renting LEMON COTTAGE

About your Host. Your Host was a camp counselor at Club Getaway, now a TV Reality Show Camp Getaway, and enjoys helping guests have a great vacation. The staff is here to help you enjoy the Salt Life, as we do. Our Staff and housekeepers are here for any needs,.

Upon arrival if any sand blew in or you want more house keeping or cannot figure out how to work the air conditioners or TVs Call and a cheerful house keeper will address all you needs. Great communication insures a great vacation.

Swimming Pool
We do not have a pool, but the biggest and best pool on the island is across street, 2.5 blocks over. We give our guests free entrance passes upon request. It is open in summer and has state of the art exercise facility with waterfront views. with slides and fountains , kids love it. 10 free passes

Manager offers fun loving guests boat trips in summer when time, weather allow, and all the stars line up. kindly inquire if this interest you. As of 2026 guests pay $250 to cover half a tank of gas. This will last half day Boat is new Cobalt luxury run about with big bimini sunshade Rules and info in your cottage.

Washer and dryer available upon request.

It has been reported that sometimes there are noisy guests leaving the Shipwreck Bar at night
I may mention the CIty has cracked down on noisy visitors.

Originally from New Jersey, I have enjoyed my youth at the Jersey Shore. Now I am fortunate to live the dream in Clearwater Beach. I enjoy taking my guests out on my boat and showing them how to enjoy the Salt Life. Living at the beach, I enjoy swimming in warm water all summer, enjoy socializing with my congenial like minded neighbors, and enjoy the fresh food and beach style ambiance at the resturants on this wonderful island. In the past, I have been l a licensed Doctor more than 40 years, now retired, and in my second career. During my younger years I have traveled all around the world dozens of time, enjoying scuba diving from Caymans to Bali, dozens of jungle trecks in South America and through Costa RIca. Appreciate the art and history, I have been to most European Countries. After so much travel , I have found the best of everything is right here in my own backyard. I have managed Clearwater Cottages for more than 10 years, and enjoy showing my guests how to enjoy the Salt Life. I enjoy meeting guests from all around our great country and all around the world. Karen, my first mate is from San Francisco and heads the house keeping team. We both enjoy showing our guests how to enjoy the Salt Life
