As your host, I will not be in the Suite while you are staying, except for a daily visit (not optional) to ensure that everything is going as you, as my guest, would hope and expect. However, I will welcome you personally to the building, and show you the Suite and the amenities of the development. I will be on hand (just a few minutes away) and visit frequently, as we will arrange / agree, to ensure that everything is going ok, tidying the kitchen and bathrooms.
AIRPORT / DOWNTOWN PICKUP SHUTTLE
I offer a value added service, at a modest rate, to collect you in my vehicle (Land Rover) from Pearson International, or the Island Airport, just 5 mins drive away. I track your flight arrival details for 'on time', 'curb-side collection'. We text one another to agree the exact pickup location in the drive-through lanes. Within minutes of picking up your luggage, you are driven in comfort and security to the door of The Suite.
Or, if you arrive by bus (including the Airport Express bus), train or public transport, I can arrange to collect you from a convenient subway station or intersection / street corner. It makes the final stage of your arrival hassle free, and we enter the development from the attached underground parking garage.

WE KEEP IT VERY CLEAN...!
Cleaning service is supplied free of charge, just as you would expect! We make sure we arrange convenient timing. Bed linen and towels are laundered / changed at your request. We find we reduce our environmental impact by washing these only when the guest feels the need. Of course, there are full-size in suite washing machine and dryer for doing your own laundry as you wish. We supply the Detergent and Conditioner!

Top-notch location and host! We really enjoyed our two-night stay here during a relaxing weekend getaway. Perfect for walking downtown or catching the TTC. Brian was extremely helpful and ensured our stay went without a hitch. We also really enjoyed sharing travel stories with him! Definitely on our list if we need a place to stay in downtown Toronto again.
Exceptional! Located in the heart of the city, less than 500 meters to St. Lawrence Street Market. The condo itself is large, beautiful and wonderfully appointed. The two bedrooms are situated opposite and enable a private experience for all guests. in a word, EXCEPTIONAL.
This was a beautiful place to stay, perfect place if you are exploring the sights in Toronto. Brian was gracious and more than helpful. I would go back again anytime I am in Toronto.
We were in town for the Toronto Marathon. Brian's suite was everything we hoped it would be. The suite itself was very spacious and included all the modern amenities one could want. Both the principal bedroom and the secondary bedroom were very inviting and comfortable. Spending time in the living room while admiring his collection of artwork was also very relaxing. The kitchen was well appointed and contained a large variety of teas and all the utensils one would need. Brian provided us with organic fruits and fresh croissants. The suite also has access to a jacuzzi, sauna, indoor pool, and weight room. The secure building is in a very safe neighborhood surrounded by countless restaurants. The area is centrally located and is within walking distance to many of Toronto's main tourist attractions. Finally, Brian's attention to detail and organization was unlike anything I have experienced with airbnb to date. Anyone looking to stay in downtown Toronto would be doing themselves a grave disservice if they did not strongly consider staying at this suite.
Well, where do I start? From the initial contact with Brian his correspondence and communication were superb. We arrived at his condo with full knowledge of what steps were to be taken to get us comfortably settled.
Once in the building he walked us clearly through how all aspects of the location worked, with information galore on what to do and how to enjoy the surroundings. Entering the suite, we were absolutely gobsmacked with the layout, decor and warm feeling of the interior. With great views and privacy for both bedrooms and a warm and inviting fireplace - it is a lovely abode.
The Brian-tour allowed us to get first hand knowledge of what the suite was capable of - important to us as we were using it for entertaining corporate clients with a fully catered superfood meal done on the premises. This suite has all the amenities of home - and then some...including a garlic press and potato masher. From a casual sit down meal to a wine and cheese to a a full event like the one we put one - this is the place to be. In fact, our corporate client remarked on how wonderful he felt walking in to the suite - like he was home.
I cannot say enough about the hosting skills of Brian, his attention to detail and his excellent and comfortable facility. When we thought it could not get any better we had a relaxing post corporate show and party enjoying the warm pool, excellent spa and hot sauna. This allowed us to come back to the 'real world' even more relaxed than when we started.
All in all, we will be back. I just selfishly hope that my excellent review does not prevent me from booking time and time again with Brian.
Brian's " Exceptional" 2 bed/2 bath suite easily met our expectations and in the future we will not rent an Air Bnb property in Toronto without first checking with Brian as to the availability of this condo. Brian gets top marks for making us feel welcome, for looking after us at check-in and out, for cleanliness and up-scale appointments both in the condo and the building and particularly for the location in downtown Toronto. Brian we thank you for being an excellent host and we expect to see you again soon.

We had a great stay in Toronto ,and Brian was very helpful, the apartment was in a perfect location and it was a lovely apartment, it had everything you could possibly need and fridge full of stuff for our needs, juice, milk, butter etc ............would definitely recommend it .
We had an exceptional time at this "exceptional" 2br/2ba suite. There were 4 of us getting together for an annual college reunion and it was so great to have a place to call our own for a long weekend. Brian was a responsive and very friendly host. He also had breakfast foods for us which was so nice given that we arrived late in the evening.
The location is terrific. The St. Lawrence Market is a great area with tons of good restaurants and bars within walking distance - and the Market itself is not to be missed! You can also pick up the on/off bus right there which is very convenient.
The suite is very comfortable and very clean. All of the linens, towels, blankets are very nice quality and spotless. This is also true of all the kitchen items. We really loved that we each had our own bed too. There are 2 couches in the living room that foldout and are really comfortable!

My family and I (4 adults) stayed at Brian's beautiful condo in downtown Toronto. Everything was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. Brian was very helpful from the beginning by meeting us when we checked in and provided detailed and excellent description of all we needed. The condo is in a great area, close to the water front and many great restaurants and cafe. The parking spot was definitely a plus. Highly recommend this space.
