This 2 bedroom single family house has a huge front yard, wooden floors and a fireplace. It is two blocks away from Greenlake and 5 blocks away from shops, pubs and the best coffeeshops in Seattle. It has a full kitchen, a little dinning table, comfy living room with fireplace and a grill to enjoy.
We live here and we rent this house only when we travel; guests will have the house to themselves.
For the same reason, bookings for more than a month are not available. We keep our calendar open because our travel plans change rapidly. So go ahead an inquire and we will let you know if your trip coincides with ours!

We needed a home base for our family traveling with two little girls under the age of 5, while we checked out all that Seattle and the surrounding areas had to offer. We LOVED it, cannot say enough good things about our stay. It was amazing, they have the same toys we have at home, so it was exactly like being at a friends house. Cote left phone numbers in case anything happened, and the house manager was responsive when we arrived with any questions we had. We would totally stay there again, I hope that one day our families can meet as I feel that we may have a lot in common! :)
Loved this place. Cote was absolutely wonderful to deal with: timely responses and extremely generous (leaving us chocolate, shampoos and even breakfast in the AM!). The neighbourhood is to die for, quiet, friendly and simply a lovely place to ride my bike.
I honestly have no any how my trip could have been any better. Thank you so much. I look forward to spending more time in Seattle. :)
My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Cote's house. The house was clean and tidy and provided a nice homey feel for our stay in Seattle. Cote provided some breakfast items so that we wouldn't have to shop the moment we arrived. She was also very flexible with our arrival and departure times that were based on our red eye flights. Although we didn't have time to use them, she offered her own bikes for our enjoyment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend her home.
We needed a place for our in-laws to stay close to us in Green Lake, and this fit the bill perfectly! Cote was away when we were there, so we didn't meet her, but her neighbor Ann was welcoming and the house was super cute. The stay was great and we hope to be back.
We had a lovely stay at Cote's house with our toddler! The house was comfortable and the photos and description represent it accurately. It was clean and we felt very welcomed. Cote left some breakfast food and coffee for us so that we wouldn't have to go to the store on our first day.
We visited without a car and the neighborhood made this very easy. The grocery store and a nice shopping district with restaurants, cafes, and shops were within walking distance, about five blocks away. There is also a bus from the neighborhood that goes downtown to the "touristy" spots--aquarium, Pike's Market, art museum. Two blocks away is a beautiful park with a lake, and a wonderful zoo.
I had a few questions while we were staying there and Cote answered them promptly, and was overall very helpful. I would certainly recommend staying at this wonderful house!
We had a wonderful stay. The house is small but perfectly sized for two adults and a small child. Our son loved the big fenced-in yard. The neighborhood is quiet, parking is easy. This is a great spot to base a day of activities.
