We enjoyed our stay at the Riad. Samir, the manager of the Riad, is a great host. We had a problem with the booked room, Samir solved this problem overnight. The room was cleaned every day, towels was changed every day. The booked Dinner was excellent. Samir arranged transfer from and to the Airport. This was very comfortable for us. To have breakfast at the roof top every morning was great. Samir and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The Riad is right in the heart of the souks and about five minutes to the main square.
We really loved our room in the riad. We had a little room on top of the terrace, which gave us immediate acces to some of the cosy little places on the terrace in the morning sun. Our arrival was smooth thanks to the arranged transfer and we got some nice welcoming tea. In addition Samir was very helpful when we needed something.
The riad made our stay in Marrakech perfect, because it is a peaceful place to stay in the middle of a very busy city. We could really come to ease in the riad after a long day.
Le riad est très agréable, bon emplacement, nous avons été très bien accueillis!
We had a relaxing wonderful time. The service was warm and efficient. We chose not to use the airbnb room on the ground floor but the room on the first floor as it was lighter, an important factor in winter. It was also less public as it is not next to the reception.
The location is perfect, near enough to the square but secluded enough to provide peace and quiet.
The staff is the best asset of the place. We will certainly come back here.
We had a wonderful time in Marrakech, not in a small part due to the authentic feel and serene atmoshpere of the riad. An oasis of calm at a short distance from the lively alleys and Jemaa El Fna. We were welcomed gracefully and provided with everything we needed, even a guitar to play a couple of songs as a relaxing pass-time after manoeuvering the bustling streets.
Leila and Samir were great to deal with. Easy to communicate and very helpful! Riad itself was lovely with great roof top terrace and was also very peaceful. Location is perfect to see and explore Marrakesh. The girls who work in the Riad were lovely and very helpful too. We had an amazing time. thank you.
