I am sorry you had some trouble with check in, it never happens normally. My property manager Luckey Homes is usually very responsive and reactive with check-ins. But I will notify them and not let it happen again.
It's regretful you sufferred from the exceptional heat wave that took place recently. Unfortunately and as it is mentionned in my listing, there is no air conditioning at my place. If you had told me about the issue, I could have helped providinng with a fan at least. It can indeed get very warm in summer and I should probably think about installing airconditioning in the near future
Besides, I am very surprised that you had some communication issues with my property manager as they are usually very reactive and helpful, from what other guests have told me. But thank you for letting me know, I will contact them and try to avoid that in the future
