Newly renovated yoga studio turned bed and breakfast in historical downtown Frisco is a unique and quiet getaway that's walkable to downtown boutiques, farm to table restaurants, coffee shops, entertainment and sports venues. Additionally, our flexible stay and play space converts the cathedral ceiling front bedroom into a full yoga studio (yoga equipment provided) for your personal practice or special events such as yoga retreats or workshops (please inquire--extra fees apply for groups).

The space
You will have access to our guest room with space for 5 guests in a king-sized bed in our loft space, a queen-sized bed, and a twin futon bed in the living room area. An eat in kitchenette complete with dishwasher, coffee/tea bar, a small eating area/office table, and of course an open studio area with mirrors where you can workout, practice yoga or just spread out. A washer/dryer combination is conveniently located in the downstairs closet. You can also rent the studio to host others for your yoga training/event/workshop etc but this will incur an additional costs depending upon the event. Your hosts, Paul and Leah, are also both yoga instructors (specializing in beginner's yoga, hatha yoga, restorative yoga, and meditation) and for an extra fee we can host a private class for you and your guests. Additionally we have private instructors we can connect to you who teach almost any form of yoga including yoga therapy, sound healing using crystal singing bowls, and vinyasa yoga. Contact host for details and pricing.

Where you’ll be

Frisco, Texas, United States

Our neighborhood location is one of the best reasons to stay on our property. We are in the heart of the rail district, Frisco's original historical neighborhood. The main house on our property is over 100 years old, while the bungalow dates back to the 1940's. Our neighborhood is changing quickly and has become one of the hottest real estate markets in Frisco because of its walkability. You don't need a car to access, our local farmer's market (open Friday-Sunday) our grocer and authentic mexican restaurant--La Suprema, Mariana's Taco Shop (best breakfast tacos), 3 wonderful coffee shops (Summer Moon, Karmic Grounds, and La Finca), and some of the best locally owned restaurants in the county (Didi's Downtown, Haystack Burgers, Simply Thai Bistro, Eight-11 Place Wine bar, and Frisco Rail Yard Food Truck Park). If there is a concert at Toyota Stadium, the Frisco Rail Yard, Didi's Downtown, or Eight-11 Place, you may hear it outside the bungalow as we are so close, but many people see this as a bonus to hear live music on Thursday through Saturday nights simply by sitting on the chairs/benches outside. We also have two boutique gyms, Karma Fitness (hot-infrared yoga, and cross-training) and Cross-Fit Lowe.

Our neighborhood is also experiencing a beautiful renaissance right now and some of the historic homes are being renovated. While you stay there might be some neighborhood sounds of this process, but these happen sporadically and usually during the weekdays during the daytime. If there is ever a problem with noise, please let us know and we usually can take care of it (especially with near neighbors as we know everyone).

I'm Leah, a native Texan who has spent significant years in Southeast Asia and other parts of the world as a humanitarian, working to end the trafficking of women and children. My latest chapter of life since 2014 involved owning a Yoga Studio as well as raising my three children. I am married to my best friend, Paul who is also a yoga instructor, and we love to travel, find meaningful experiences and deepen our embodied spiritual practices of yoga and centering prayer. In 2021, we flipped our yoga studio into an Airbnb and I am loving this role of hostess as hospitality is something I have always enjoyed. I look forward to hosting you, and I look forward to my own travel adventures in new Airbnb's all over the world.
