Stunning Flatirons and front range views with gorgeous night time twinkles of the city and the stars. Be in the Mountain with the convenience of easy access to Boulder. This home is just 2 miles from Broadway, 12 minutes from Pearl Street. Enjoy a relaxing Hot Tub and then cuddle up by the fireplace. There is hiking and skiing close by. In addition, this the premier biking spot. People come from all over to bicycle the roads around this home. Dog friendly property :)

The space
The home is has a unique architecture with high ceilings and tall windows that give views in all directions. The all glass observation room is great for relaxing with book or viewing nature. There are many deer around and lots of beautiful birds. Get fit in the home gym, or relax in the glass room and observe the nature all around you.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home and to the garage for parking. The driveway is a bit steep and we always recommend 4WD in the winter. Please do not try to back out of the driveway. If there are multiple cars, park side by side so that you can back around and drive forward out of the driveway.

Other things to note
This is NOT a party house. The house is in a Mountain neighborhood. In order to be respectful to the neighbors, please refrain from noise outside on the deck and hot tub after 10PM. You can talk quietly, but be mindful that noise travels in the mountains and the neighbors are sleeping.

If you need to work, just plug into the internet and get things done in the peaceful surroundings. Perfect for executives on vacation.

Please inform the host if you intend to bring a dog with you. There will be an additional fee for more than one pet.
