If you are a traveler you have to be in Toloque's Bamboo, cabins with a natural rustic concept in the middle of the jungle.
The rooms are simple and clean where you can rest after your walks through the Archaeological Zone, Yaxchilán, Bonampak or the Roberto Barrios and Agua Azul waterfalls.

The space
The atmosphere you feel will be at home, with great warmth, as it is attended by the owners of the place. The cabin is simple and picturesque, it is on a second floor the floor is made of wood, it has two large windows with mosquito nets, its roof is made of algavized sheet (thicker than normal) so it is very fresh.
The bed is double and is covered with mosquito net, next to the bed there is a floor fan, all the windows have their curtains. On the terrace we have a matrimonial hammock, where you can rest wonderfully watching the sunrise or sunset among the giant trees.

Guest access
Next to the cabins we have a palapita restaurant-bar, where you will find drinks and meals at low prices.
We manage breakfasts upon request from six in the morning.
But in the same way you can enter your food and drinks without extra cost. As well as you can use the gas stove, wood stove and microwave, refrigerator and other kitchen utensils if you wish. Drinking water for drinking is free and if you need something from our kitchen, you can take it as long as you are replacing the product in kind or paying for it in cash. The kitchen is outdoors and the cooking experience is magnificent.
We have WIFI however it is common for the area to have a low signal, in view of this problem we always have at our disposal our computer where the signal is much better.

Other things to note
The w.c are outside the cabin at the bottom, there is one for women and one for men each has toilet paper.
The shower is outdoors with bamboo walls and open roof, there we leave you liquid soap and shampoo; The experience of bathing in the shade of the trees is great and unique.
We do not have hot water.
You can not wash clothes in the place.
You can not drink the water in the tap.
:) I am a rescue and an adoptive home for dogs and cats :)

Location

Palenque, Chiapas, Mexico

We are surrounded by huge trees and an exuberant nature. There is a family of seven howler monkeys in our place besides macaws and toucans in complete freedom. There are very few neighbors, so the neighborhood is quiet.
It is important to remind you that we are less than one kilometer from the Palenque National Park, we are practically in the middle of the jungle, so there are endemic animals and insects in the habitat, mostly harmless to man, so we try to respect them and conserve your space.
On the outskirts of the place, the walker that takes you directly to the Archaeological Zone of Palenque, is ideal for walking and cycling, however at night the public light is almost nil, for this reason there are always patrols and surveillance by part of the Municipal Police, which makes a safe and quiet area.
