Our family Villa has everything new from foam mattresses to linens!! We just bought a new recliner sofa for the common area. Everything is new! we also offer full size washer and dryer! Smart TV in master bedroom just added , plus the TV in the family room which also is smart with Netflix and cable . It has a screened porch area and a fenced yard!
