This is an Vintage home renovated with art and capricious character. Is an escape from the city, but within 5 minutes drive to convenience store. We are mostly following a conscious safe efficiency energy, For backing use the oven on the countertop. Enjoy outdoor BBQ with mesquite charcol that we provide as much as necessary setting to make a good tea or coffee, bread, cream cheesse and season Fruits for a Welcome Home Breakfast. We have replaced the Central Air Condition by a small unit and fans, since the weather does not require it from September to May. It is nice and safe to open the windows at sunrise and let in the wild nature message sounds, the smell soil and sage after rain... The two bed have comfortable mattress ( one queen bed, and one comfortable queen Futon bed) accommodates 4 people. Full bathroom and convenient Half bathroom with the Guest room. Open plan living dining. Well equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer . Extra room for drawing (with basic art supplies) meditate or do some exercise. This home has a bright and spacious feel. Covered porch & lots of patio, natural light , very sunny, mountain view, enjoyable sunrise & sunset! It has everything you would expect away from home. DVD theater sound system, movies, TV (Roku internet), Coffee maker, wireless internet.
Spacious parking at the Front Yard. Courtyard surrounded by Mature Pines, fruit trees based in Permaculture farm. Also Orchard, native plants & simple Quartz Zen Garden Meditacion.
If you come during harvest time, fell free to cook your salads with no pesticide fresh Mediterranean spices & vegetables from the garden, and experience the taste of ripe fruits, all naturally grown. Sharing is encouraged so we appreciate your moderation in picking the fruit and vegetables. A visit to our humble retreat will be a trip to feel the contact with nature.

Interaction with guests
When you arrive, your parking lots are assigned to the front house. We will give you the Keys or the instructions necessary to succeed in home and surroundings. In the back of the land we have a Camper Trailer and an Art Studio, which we spend sometime, we strive to respect the privacy of our guests to the fullest, but we are available to help or answer questions. Thank you for your appreciation and understanding may some imperfection during your stay. We are constantly improving with love and care as we can.
Other things to note
Please be advised, the house currently has little Air Conitioning and Fans. We go-green use mostly natural cleaning eco-friendly supplies. Our place is inspired to produce our local food & sustainability. Energy efficient and Art creative things.
We are doing Permaculture workshop seasons, also Straw-bale bench, Mud & Clay. Ask for details.
We do have a Camp Trailer and Art Studio (on the back of the property), and sometimes spend time escaping from the heat in phoenix. We will respect your privacy and strive to keep a great environment at all times.

- Children are welcome - But please be advised our house is not childproof in any way. Caution and attention should be paid to children at all times.
-Wood piles are restricted areas.
- Strictly prohibited to smoke inside the house, allowed smoking outside
patios "leaving no evidence".
-Will Appreciate not wearing Hiking shoes inside home as well.
-We expect guest to behave in a respectful manner to be welcomed back any time.
Robert & Patricia love nature and are making this place a retreat. Patricia has vast experience with hosting tourists from different latitudes. Have participated in Clay & Straw-bale Eco- workshops.
