Renovated Vintage Mobil main home, sits on a quarter acre surrounded by mature trees and garden in front of a natural park. We use all natural cleaning product. Cotton sheets. A Red Rock Parking Pass is provided for your use.
This is a Private Home rental as listed. An escape from the city, but within 5 minutes drive to convenience store. Complementary 2016 Red Rock pass for parking in some public park is provided for use during your stay.
The outer housing construction is a very simple manufacture home. The interior is pretty nice completely renovated & very clean . The two bed have comfortable mattress ( one queen bed, and one confortable queen Futon bed) accommodate 4 people. Full bathroom with tub and separate shower. Plus half bath in the Guest room. Open plan living, dining . Well equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer . Extra room for draw (with basic art supplies) meditate or do some exercise .
This home has a bright and spacious feel . Covered porch & lot of patio, natural light , very sunny , mountain view, enjoyable sunrise & sunset!
It has everything you would expect away from home. ) , DVD theater sound system movies, (No T.V. cable), US. call telephone, wireless internet.
Spacious parking . Courtyard surrounded by Mature Pines, fruit trees based in Permaculture. Also Orchard, native plants & simply Zen Garden.
If you come during harvest time, fell free to cook your salads with no pesticide fresh Mediterranean spices & vegetables from the garden, and experience the taste of ripe fruits, all naturally grown. Sharing is encouraged so we appreciate your moderation in picking the fruit and vegetables. A visit to our humble retreat will be a trip to feel the contact with nature. The house is located in front of a natural park a short walk away to a creek .
Interaction with guests
When you arrive. Will give you instructions necessary to succeed in home and surroundings. We strive to respect the privacy of our guests to the fullest, but we are available to answer questions. Please do short look at our Guidebook, which provably could help answer you and orient on the road of wines between Sedona and Cottonwood, and other towns and places of interest in the area, which abound!
Neighbors and Maintenance are very peaceful, very quiet and respectful of privacy.
You will need your own transportation. Verde Valley, Arizona's wine country is under-discovered, but the people who have been to the region and tasted the great wine it produces can attest to its excellence.
The wineries are not the only must see attractions in the Verde Valley! The region offers a range of great attractions and activities. Take a ride on the Verde Canyon Railroad and immerse yourself in the scenic beauty of the verde valley. Go to the Blazin' M Ranch for an authentic western experience including a family style dinner show! Or experience the number of ancient ruins that dot the landscape. Outdoor adventurers, find yourself fishing, hiking, camping, swimming, and kayaking in a variety of state parks and recreational areas. The museums in the verde valley offer a fun and educational experience about the Verde Valley's history including old ghost towns!
The charm Old downtown Cottonwood is 10 minutes from home, 8 miles from Jerome, 18 miles from Sedona, 20 miles Camp Verde, 130 miles Phx, 40 miles Flagstag, 50 miles Prescott .

We go- green, use mostly natural cleaning eco-friendly supplies. Our place is inspired to produce our local food & sustainability. Art and creative things.
We participate & program meeting seasons for learn Permaculture , Mud, Soil, Clay & Straw-bale bench, ovens & Shelters Workshops. Ask for details.
Note: No Pets. Children are welcome - But please be advised our house is not childproof in any way. Caution and attention should be paid to children at all times. Wood piles are restricted areas. Strictly prohibited to smoke inside the house. Will Appreciate not wearing shoes inside as well.
We expect guest to behave in a respectful manner to be welcomed back any time.
Note: Charge fees will be apply if Red Rock Parking pass that we provide to the guest is not left in the house.

Robert & Patricia love nature and are making this place a retreat. Patricia has vast experience with hosting tourists from different latitudes. Have participated in Clay & Straw-bale Eco- workshops. She are avid internet researchers about Permaculture to creating the yard seated around on this way...They found this humble home and fell in love with the space and view, where they are doing wonderful work to make this an attractive, relaxing and cozy holiday home where guests can feel at ease -
