A/C does not work so will be unbearable on hot days. Floors are spongy in places but safe. No regular T.V. channels available here.

The house is comfortable and decorated with art everywhere. Everything we needed was there. The neighborhood is quiet with lovely views, just minutes from necessities and great restaurants. We were very happy to have stayed there, especially compared to busy, crowded Sedona

Response from Patricia & Robert:
Linda was a great guest, and echoed our sentiments about Sedona compared to the tranquillity of Cottonwood.... We would welcome her back any time.

Our first time in AZ. We came for adventure/hiking/relaxation and Patricia & Robert's place was a perfect base for our trip. Centrally located to Jerome, Sedona and of course Old Town Cottonwood. We easily drove to the Grand Canyon, completed a day hike into the canyon and drove back. This home was spotless (the washer/dryer was a huge benefit), the bed extremely comfortable and the shower was perfect after a long day of adventuring. If you are looking for a comfortable, CLEAN spot to call home for your AZ vacation.....look no further.

The house was clean and comfortable for my family. We stayed with our infant daughter and the kitchen and laundry were very useful. The neighborhood was quiet and the little yard was cute and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. It is about 25 minutes to the Sedona sites. Old town Cottonwood was charming.

My husband and I stayed here 2 weeks in order to hike in the Sedona red rocks. The great price and spacious, clean home was worth the 15 mile drive. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen well furnished, and we appreciated the laundry facilities. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Grocery stores and restaurants are just a couple miles away and traffic is light in Cottonwood. Patricia is a very responsive hostess keeping in touch and answering questions immediately. We hope to stay here again next year.
