The perfect Yosemite Escape awaits you at TownsEnd Cottage! This charming, clean cottage is located in a quaint, safe neighborhood; BRAND NEW carpet & flooring, NEW remodeled bathroom, NEW dishwasher, two queen beds, comfy memory foam mattresses, fully stocked kitchen with coffee pot. The cottage is within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, the historic Mariposa courthouse, YART, Main Street shops, and only a 40 minute drive to Yosemite!

The space
Walking distance to restaurants, the historic courthouse and shops! NEW, remodeled bathroom! TownsEnd cottage is a very clean smoke & pet free home. We love pets, but due to family member’s (and possible guest) severe allergies, we don’t allow furry friends at TownsEnd cottage. Thank you for your understanding! The cottage is well equipped with all the essentials, plus some extras to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable!
Please note that there are two bedrooms with one queen bed in each to comfortably sleep up to 4 guests. A foldable, full size, memory foam sleeping pad is available for extra guests beyond 4.
There is a small gas grill available for use on the back deck. If used, for fire safety, please turn the grill’s propane tank knob to the off position after each use.

Cozy, private cottage that sits on its own lot; you’ll have it all to yourself! TownsEnd Cottage is in a friendly, quiet neighborhood with a front and back yard (not fully fenced). The garage is used for owner's storage, so parking is available in the gravel driveway in front of the garage.
There is a lockbox with the front door key in it to make check in easy and convenient.

Other things to note
Don't miss visiting Yosemite during your stay! The waterfalls are breathtaking! In Mariposa, be sure to walk a few blocks to the historic courthouse and visit the gold rush museum right in town! Also, all our Mariposa Main Street shops and restaurants are wonderful! Check out my guest binder for local restaurant recommendations too!
