We have called this apartment The W B Yeats after the famous Irish poet.
We have just completed work on this apartment and have restored it to some of it's former glory with original features such as the marble fireplaces, coving and a beautiful bay window overlooking Dublin city and mountains.
This apartment has been lovingly restored to a very high degree while retaining a lot of the original features to provide a classic and extremely luxurious stay. This is a luxury apartment with all the comforts of home. It is a wonderful location close to all the attractions and sights while being a relaxing bright and spacious apartment to come home to at the end of the day.
The apartment is in a beautiful large red brick Victorian building on a tree lined street. There is one large bedroom with 1 double bed and a single bed and in the living room there is 2 pull down sofas so the apartment can sleep 6 comfortably. A baby travel cot can be provided upon request.
Within easy reach of all the fabulous restaurants, museums, parks, Trinity College and Library, Farmleigh House and of course shopping that Dublin has to offer.
Easy walk to numerous bus stops and train stations that will connect you with the Luas which will connect you with all of Dublin. There are also a number of great restaurants and pubs within a 10 minute walk from the apartment which we can highly recommend. Some of the pubs provide traditional Irish music for your entertainment and are a great night out.
We provide a welcome pack with the basics such as bread and milk etc to get you on your feet. There is a major supermarket within a 5 minute walk so you will never run out of essentials. All mod cons are provided and there is linen and towels freshly laundered for your use.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that will cater for 6 and the bathroom is spacious and modern. There is fridge with a small ice box, microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer so that anyone considering an extended stay can enjoy all the comforts of home. A cot can be provided upon request. For anyone considering exploring Ireland further there is a car hire company close by and Heuston Station is approx 15-20 minute walk.
The famous Guinness Storehouse is close at hand as well as the Jameson Distillery both of which run tours regularly and are worth a visit. Dublin is also renowned for it's famous Temple bar area for entertainment which is a bus ride away. For art lovers the Irish Museum of Modern Art is 15 minutes away and the National Museum of Ireland is 10 minutes away.
Trinity College, Kilmainham Gaol, Ryan's Victorian Pub, St. Patricks Cathedral, are just some other of the many wonderful attractions that are available.
For a small fee we can provide an airport transfer if requested and for anyone hiring a car there is free on street parking right outside the house.
All utilities and WiFi are included in the price also.

Interaction with Guests
I manage to meet most guests on arrival but if I can't I nearly always get to meet them before they check out.
My caretaker lives on the premises and he helps to check in guests when I'm unavailable.
I'm always available by phone or email and am happy to assist guests in any way I can.
This street is a beautifully tree lined street which runs right up the the entrance of the Phoenix Park.
This park is the largest urban park in Europe and houses Dublin Zoo and the presidential home and offices as well as a children's playground. It is a wonderful park to visit and spans over 1750 acres.
The street also has beautiful Victorian red bricked houses all along it which date back to the 18th century so it really is a taste of old Dublin.
There is a major supermarket just 2 minutes walk as well as a pharmacy, bakery, coffee shops, bars, restuarants and many other amenities all within easy walking distance.
There are several bus routes right outside the house which will take you directly to the city centre.
Buses are regular and convenient.
We can also provide a taxi transfer from the airport if requested. We can also arrange a taxi for other excursions if desired.

We expect all guests to be respectful of our property and to maintain it as though it were there own home.
There is a strict no smoking policy and we would appreciate that this is adhered to.
As there are other guests staying in this house we would appreciate that noise levels are kept to a minimum especially at night time.
Upon departure keys can be left inside the apartment on the kitchen counter unless otherwise instructed. Please leave the apartment as clean and as tidy as possible and remove rubbish to the bins outside.
Check in is 5pm and check out is 11am. When possible we can arrange an earlier check in if no other guests checking out that day.
About the Host, Liam
I grew up in the tourist business as my parents ran a hotel in Kildare so I have always wanted to get back into the hosptality industry. I have owned this house from the early '90's when I returned from New York where I had lived for a number of years. I have been in the buidling trade for the last 20 years so I thought I would combine the two and refurbish the house and provide rental accommodation in an extremely convenient locations to tourists.
