The Davis Room is perfect for couples or traveling friends and family with two twin beds. is an 8 minute walk to Davis square which is full of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and shops with access to the red line at the Davis Square T Stop.
Our 3rd floor apartment is more than just a place to stay, it's a place to relax, laugh and enjoy. With a fully stocked bar (and a fully experienced bartender to prepare something for you) we encourage you to ask questions about the area and Boston in general. Your room will have two beds (either pushed together or separate), a chair and a table if you want to get some work done. There's also a large closet to hang up your travel clothes.
It's a wonderful neighborhood of mostly families on a quiet tree-lined street. There are tennis and basketball courts a short walk away as well as a great market for fresh produce and craft beer.
Very easy access to both the bus lines (main routes run into Harvard Square) and the Red Line on the T (Porter and Davis Square stops are about a 10 minute walk)
Davis Square is a great area to go explore with tons of restaurants and bars and only about an 8 minute walk from the apartment. Definitely worth checking out!
There is guest parking right on our street (not a specific spot) for any vehicle you bring. Wireless internet is available throughout the apartment and we have Netflix if you feel like a night on the couch.
Interaction with Guests
We try to always be there for our guests arrival and love to spend time with them, but we both have busy schedules and work into the night occasionally. Bryan has lived in this apartment for 8 years so he's got great suggestions for bars, restaurants and places to see. And of course, he'll be more than happy to make you a nicely crafted cocktail after a long day!
Our apartment does not allow pets. Smokers are allowed, but there is NO smoking inside the apartment. Please use the back deck.
This was my first airbnb experience and I loved it. The home was very warm and comfortable. It's close to Harvard university and I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Boston.
Marisa and Bryan were warm and helpful hosts. They provided nice unexpected touches such as newspapers and a small welcome basket with information and some goodies. All in all it was a great stay- clean, comfortable beds and a very nice hosts.
One of our best airbnb experiences yet. The apartment has great vibes, a fish tank bar, a host who knows how to make a mean Manhattan whiskey. Bryan and Marisa are very friendly, outgoing people. The place is at a decent location, but it is definitely worth the 8 minutes from Davis square. For dinner go to east coast grill, they do the best seafood in town without breaking the bank.
Bryan and Marisa's place was so awesome! Everything was so neat and cozy. They both were so welcoming and made us feel like home. Their place was in a really nice neighborhood and it was fairly easy to get around the city. Thank you both for being such a great host!
Bryan and Marisa were very kind and everything was as I expected
the place was clean and nice
Bryan & Marissa provided a welcoming, clean and comfortable space for my one night's stay in Boston. Marissa was very helpful with providing a parking pass and directions to the T. When I came home late I joined in their evening's fete and hung out for a bit chatting and enjoying some cider. I highly recommend staying here!
My son and I stayed a couple nights in the twin room as we explored several colleges. Marisa graciously greeted us and we found local permit parking in the snow.

Bryan and Marisa met while Marisa was an AirBnb host in Flordia, the two stayed in touch over a year and now are happy to be hosting together up in Boston!
We are also frequent AirBnb guests during our traveling adventures. Bryan being a professional bartender, and Marisa being a professional Vegan, you can always be sure there is something interesting to eat and drink around our apartment!
We're the best, book with us! ;)
