I travel often and rent both while I am in town and on the road. I am sometimes here to greet you and at other times I will be away during your stay. You will pick up your key at the front desk in the lobby 24 hours. I will always provide you with emergency contact information and WiFi codes, etc. During your stay, I encourage you to contact me with any concerns or questions at any time, day or night, and I will do my best to address any issue, even the smallest, don't hesitate to contact me. Usually, I reach out to touch base with guests by text, just to stay in touch and make sure that you are comfortable. The building has an office of building management in the basement.
This is a great location. I think the unit needs some updating as there isn't a normal thermostat in the unit to adjust the AC. The sheets were not great they feel weird not the most comfortable bed and sheets but the place is very nice and clean! The host was very responsive and very nice I just think that the pillows and sheets need to be better quality.
Scott is very friendly, easy to reach and always willing to help. During our stay we had a little difficulty with the food disposer. We contacted Scott and he responded in no time, offering coming by for help the same evening. His apartment is very clean and cozy and perfectly located at the center of Atlanta. There are several decent restaurants within walk distance and most of them are open until 10pm. We enjoyed staying at Scott's apartment and would like to recommend his place to anyone.
Scott was a great host. Everything was exactly as he described - from the check-in process to the apartment, and the check-out. There was never a point that I felt confused or concerned.
The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The bathroom had toiletries stocked and a handy take-one / leave-one bin for other necessities. The kitchen had all the essentials from dining ware to cooking equipment. Scott also left helpful notes throughout the place and was very responsive when I had questions.
The condo was also conveniently located in downtown, several blocks from the convention center and Centennial Park. There was a parking garage in the same block nearby and CVS was just a few blocks away. It was close to good restaurants, too, like White Oak across the street. Very convenient for business travel and for exploring downtown Atlanta!
The space was excellent and was a perfect location for my stay. I was looking for a retreat at the end of long days at a conference and it fit the bill. Scott was excellent at communication and provided me with everything I needed to make the stay easy. I really appreciated the attention to detail.
Scott was professional and courteous. His condo is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean (as represented in the photos), with a fantastic view. The neighborhood is also fabulous, convenient to the convention center and downtown restaurants/attractions. Only blocks from Olympic Park and the aquarium!
Scott's apartment was exactly as described, very well appointed and centrally located. On checking in we had an issue with the Wifi which I notified to Scott and he immediately gave me an alternate network to try which worked fine. The problem turned out to be with the cable company and he chased them tirelessly to get the normal service restored. We then had a cold spell of weather and he straightaway provided us with a heater. We could not have asked Scott to do anything more for us. We had a very enjoyable stay and Scott was the model host, responsive and attentive. I would heartily recommend his apartment to anyone considering staying in downtown Atlanta.
