Restored in July 2017, the house consists of two studios of 28 square meters with each an independent entrance. Inside, the kitchen-living area with sofa bed, induction cooking facility and the bathroom are on the ground floor; the double bed is on the mezzanine with the possibility to add a single bed.
The BBQ area, the pergola with kitchen and outdoor shower are for common use. The two studios can be rented individually or both.
