Enjoy the luxurious pillow top Queen bed and linens. Enjoy digital cable with HDTV and WiFi. All cottages are equipped with a comfort system that includes cozy heat when its cold and cool air conditioning when its hot outside. The living rooms include a cozy infrared fireplace for a little extra heat and ambiance. The kitchen is equipped with range, oven, microwave, refrigerator and small appliances.
When you make a reservation please inform us of the total number of people who will be occupying the cottage including children. All children 3 years of age and older are considered an additional guest and subject to the additional $10 per night fee. For example if there are 2 adults and 2 children 3 years or over that would be a total of 4 guests.
CHECK-IN after 4:00pm, CHECK OUT by 10:00am. No parking until 4:00pm and cars must be removed by 10:00am.
We offer a keyless dead bolt entry system so no worry about keys or forgetting the entry code. Very secure! Instructions will be provided after we accept your reservation.

Our goal is to meet and interact with as many guests as possible, but there are times when we can't meet everyone face-to-face. When you stay at Drake Park Cottages you'll be right across the street from the iconic Drake Park, the Drake Park Historic Neighborhood, Mirror Pond and The Deschutes River. Great views from the communal court yard facing the river, Drake Park and the historic neighborhood.
You'll be a few steps away from enjoying a nice stroll in the park, kayaking or paddle boarding the river, or riding the shuttle to the Old Mill District to float the river.
Then its just a short walk to some of Bend's best restaurants, brew pubs, and attractions. Go West on NW Galveston Ave. and enjoy several of Bend's finest eating establishments, bakeries, and shops. Take a walk through the park or up NW Riverside Blvd. to downtown Bend and catch a show at The Tower Theater or drop into one of the many shops, bistros, restaurants, or nightclubs.
Its a short bike ride or drive to The Old Mill District where you may catch a concert at The Les Schwab Amphitheater or stroll around The Shops at The Old Mill.
Drake Park Cottages are in a premiere location with the hustle and bustle of Drake Park and access to the Mirror Pond and the river. Riverside Blvd. is heavily traveled at times and you may hear some light traffic noise in the evening or morning. The vast majority of our guests have never mentioned the traffic noise but a few have. If you want to stay in a quieter, less central location then you should look for lodging further away from the hustle and bustle.

We do not allow pets at this time.
Guest Information is located inside each cottage. Please read it.
Bikes and Recreational Equipment: We sometimes allow up to (two) bikes inside the cottage however they must be clean and dry and we'd like to know in advance.
We encourage you to store Bikes and recreational equipment in the secure storage shed in the SW corner of the property. Space in the storage shed is limited so if your equipment will not fit in the storage area you may secure it in or on your vehicle or on the outside of the building. The storage area may accommodate paddle boards and deflated floatation devices. It will not accommodate kayaks or canoes. NOTE: We do not provide any recreational equipment such as bikes, tubes, rafts, kayaks or canoes. You may bring these items or rent from nearby businesses.
HOUSE RULES: DRAKE PARK COTTAGES
CHECK-IN IS AFTER 4PM and CHECK-OUT IS NO LATER THAN 10AM . No early check-ins or late check-outs without prior written approval. Unapproved early check-ins or late check-outs will be charged an additional $25 fee to be collected from the security deposit. No parking until 4:00 PM and vehicles must be removed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. This agreement does not create a tenancy or residence. You must depart at the appropriate time.
PETS: Pets are NOT permitted.
PARKING: On site parking is limited to 1 vehicle per cottage. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas per the parking diagram posted at 473 NW Riverside. Any illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing at the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. If any vehicle leaks oil it shall be parked on the street or a fee for cleaning up oil will be taken from the security deposit.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY:
As a guest, we think of you as neighbors in the neighborhood too. Peaceful enjoyment of the neighborhood is of utmost importance. If you respect these Good Neighbor Policies you should have an enjoyable stay and the neighbors will appreciate that. Who knows, you may even make a few friends.

No loud parties and the noise needs to be down by 10:00pm.
Don't litter our property or the neighbors property. Put all trash and empty beverage cans or bottles in the trash bins and recycle bins provided.
Don't go onto other property without permission.
Obey the speed limit in the neighborhood.
Please contact us if you have any issues with neighbors or other guests or contact law enforcement (911) if you witness or suspect any criminal activity, then call one of us.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: The security deposit is NOT applied toward rent. It is fully refundable within 14 days of departure provided the following provisions are o
-No linens are lost or damaged.
-No oil leaks on the driveway.
-No unapproved early check-in or late check-outs.
-No additional heating devices are used.
-No clogging of sewer system (see water and sewer section)
-The Guest is not evicted by Host, property management, or law enforcement.
RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT: Up to (two) bikes may be permitted in the cottage with prior approval. Otherwise, all bikes, floating devises, skis, boards and other recreational equipment are not permitted in the cottages but can be stored in the secure storage shed in the SW corner of the property to store your recreational equipment. You may secure other items outside of the building. The storage shed will not accommodate kayaks or canoes. NOTE: We do not provide any recreational equipment. The combination to the storage shed will be provided upon check in.
SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is only allowed outside, at least 10 feet from other guest suites. All smoking waste must be disposed of in outside garbage bins provided.
GUEST CONDUCT: No illegal drugs may be brought onto the property. Loud and unruly behavior, including parties, extreme intoxication, or any other disruptive behavior and the guest will be immediately removed by security personnel or law enforcement. No refunds.
OCCUPANCY: Maximum occupancy is (2) adults and (2) children under 3 years of age for the studio, and (4) people for the one bedrooms. Children , regardless of age are considered a person. Children 3 years of age or older are considered an additional person for booking purposes and there is a $10 per day charge for addition people. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight on the property. Any guest visitors on the property are the sole responsibility of the Guest. Hosts would like the Guest to be able to entertain friends, however, if more than 2 guests are to be on the property Guest will need to get permission from the host.
HOLD HARMLESS: The Hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities, nor for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By making a reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens, bath and beach towels are included in the unit. Cleaning supplies are provided. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit. We suggest you bring your own beach towels. We provide an ample supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo. Guests will need to resupply at their expense if more are needed.
WATER AND SEWER: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the sewer system, you will be charged damages.
ACTS OF GOD: Drake Park Cottages cannot and will not be responsible for acts of God that may result in loss of electricity, Internet connectivity, or television. When reported, we'll do our best to contact the appropriate company to help expedite repairs.
FIREARMS: We are firearm friendly we just want to be aware of them.
PAYMENTS: Payments are processed by Airbnb. The nightly rate includes the City of Bend Occupancy Tax and Oregon State Lodging Tax.
RATE CHANGES: Rates are subject to change without notice but will not change once your reservation has been confirmed.
CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS: See Airbnb/Host Cancellation/Refund policy in the listing.
RESERVATION POLICY: We do not accept 3rd party reservations. You must make your own reservation, and occupy the unit yourself.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS: Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
TERMINATION: If Guest violates the terms of these Guest Rules, this agreement may be terminated and the guest will vacate the premises immediately and all unused fees will not be refunded.

We had a wonderful stay in Bend at a beautiful spot right by a park and the river. It was a perfect place within walking distance to many local shops and restaurants.

Stan checked in with me to make sure everything was in good order, which it was. The place was very clean and neat and well supplied. It was also in a terrific location.
Stan was very accommodating and the cottage was cozy and centrally located to downtown! Perfect for walking around to explore, but also lounge and enjoy a cup of coffee next to the fire stove.

Drake Park Cottage was warm and welcoming. It was tastefully decorated and had a good amount of space for 4 adults. The location was fantastic! It was right across the street from the Deschutes River with a beautiful waterfront walkway. It was walkable to anywhere downtown but also walkable to 10 barrel and all of the other great places on Galveston. Not only that, but it was 20 minutes to Mt. Bachelor. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reasonably priced getaway.
The perfect Bend location! The place was clean, cute, and had a great little faux-fireplace. Stan allowed us to book very last minute which I appreciated and called us to make sure we got in okay. The only negative or miscommunication was that the title of the cottage said it would be $99/night in January. However, it ended up being $119 per night because of Martin Luther King Jr. weekend, so that was a little confusing initially before the clarification from Stan. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone!
Hi Linnea - The headline gives the base rate but depending on the time of year the calendar may reflect a different rate. Sometimes weekends and usually holiday rate are higher than the base rate and such is the case here. Always look at the actual rate before you book so there are no surprises.
