The space

NYU Dorm is a 34 sq m fully furnished millenial inspired studio with a balcony on the 22nd floor of Tagaytay Prime Residences located in the heart of the city, 100 meters away from Tagaytay Rotunda and Fora Mall.

CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST
There's a complimentary continental breakfast for all the guests which consists of home baked Multigrain Bread (baked with Bran, Oats, Flax and Sunflower Seeds) and homemade Pineapple Jam, all from my kitchen and freshly ground coffee beans for your Brewed Hazelnut Coffee.
Breakfast for the following morning will be set up when you check.
The Multigrain Bread will be in a sealed plastic bag. The Pineapple Jam are stored in a glass bottle. Freshly ground coffee beans for brewing are kept in airtight jars.
FREE EXCLUSIVE PARKING
A dedicated indoor parking space, free of charge, will be reserved for your unlimited use during your stay at the NYU Dorm.
The parking space is located on the covered ground floor of the building with 24/7 security. There is a direct access from the parking lot to the main lobby.
Guest access
It will be a self check-in, so AFTER 2PM, you can arrive at a time that’s convenient for you 😊
There’s a lock box attached to the front door where the main key is kept. We’ll send you the code on your check-in day.
Your valid ID is required to be presented and surrendered at the reception desk upon registration.

The pool area will operate from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM on a first
come first serve basis.
● All users must register with the security guard assigned at the 3rd Floor

● A maximum of 30 persons at a certain time slot will be allowed
● Weekly general cleaning of the pool area will be scheduled
every Monday and Thursday. The pool area will also be closed during these days of the week.
● SWIMMING POOL users must dry themselves thoroughly before going out into the hallways and elevators; likewise, drippings from clothes, towels, and other bath/swimming accessories must be avoided.
Although there is ONE FREE PARKING space for the duration of your stay, in case you need additional parking slots, there is Pay Parking in the building.

Cash payment and bank transfers (or deposits) are not accepted. Airbnb collects all payments here with a credit / debit card or GCash.
You may reschedule your booking to any available date and venue provided that you reschedule at least 7 days prior to the current reserved date. Rescheduling past the deadline will not be entertained. We allow only one rescheduling request.
Registered guests have FREE access to the swimming pool, viewing deck. Guests are not allowed to invite visitors due to security reasons.

ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can we check in early?
We can check you in earlier than the standard 2pm time if there is no reservation on the day before your reserved date. Kindly check the calendar.
If it’s not reserved, the earliest time we can check you in without any additional charge is 12 noon. Earlier than that, there is a charge of P150 per hour.
Can we check out late on the following date?
As much as we want to extend your stay, there just might be an instant booking for the following day. We will have to stay with the 12 noon check out time.
Can we cook?
The building does not have an exhaust system so we do not allow cooking in the rooms . We want you and our guests to always enjoy the nice fresh smell we take pride in.
There are, however, numerous fastfoods and recommended places nearby where you can enjoy good food. We'd be glad to make some suggestions.
The kitchenette is equipped with an electric kettle, a coffee maker, rice cooker and a microwave oven for reheating pre-cooked food that you may bring. Please do not use the oven toaster to grill food other than bread.
How does The Security Deposit work?
Regarding the security deposit, guests don’t actually pay the deposit or hand any credit card or cash deposit to us when they make the reservation.
It is a just floating amount for 14 days after the guest checks out.
Guests only get charged for any untoward incident like damage or loss incurred by the current guest. The host makes a claim through the Airbnb Resolution Center that is agreed by both parties.
If after check out and no charges will be made, this floating charge becomes null and void.
