About the Host, Sean
I'm passionate about food starting my cooking career at the apron strings of my Grandmother when I was 8 years old. I spent 20 years working in the guitar industry before deciding on a change in lifestyle. For the last 2 years I have been living and working in the French Alps where I combined my love of snowboarding and cooking into the popular Chalet Le Palane ski chalet. Please check Trip Advisor to see the generous comments of our guests during that project.
I am a very keen photographer who loves literature and loves to travel.
I am just about to marry my fiancee who is as passionate about hospitality as I am and we look forward to welcoming you into our home and business.
