  • We had a great stay at Kim and Ryan's house, they provided us all the usefull infos that we needed and quickly answered our questions.
The neighbourhood is very quiet at night and close to the beautifull golden gate park and the ocean, and it's a quick bus ride from downtown too.

  • We love Kim and Ryan's place. The instructions are clear, the information is useful, the amenities are functional, the location is good and the house is nicely furnished. Peaceful room is very liveable and a lovely place for a good rest after a day of exploration. We also liked that it was near Ocean Beach and Golden Gate Park. You can get on the MUNI 5 at the bus stop a block away and it takes you downtown in about 20-30 minutes. That made it convenient to explore the rest of SF. Ryan was very helpful as well and we met other nice guests who were comfortable and considerate in sharing the space.

  • My best friend William and I stayed with Ryan and Kimberly during Spring Break in March, and we absolutely loved it. On the first day of our arrival we were exhausted from the trip and looking to take a nap. They were kind enough to not only let us check in our luggage early, but to set up our room early as well so we could lay down and get some much needed rest. Every question we had was quickly answered through text, the bed was comfy, and the room was cozy. On the second day we rented bikes which was also easy and convenient. However, on a trip-related note, San Francisco is hell to try to bike unless you're used to biking uphill. Since I am not, that was...sweaty. Anyways, a few weeks before our trip, we decided to extend a day and Kimberly and Ryan arranged it so we could stay another day by simply switching rooms. They were absolutely amazing hosts who provided a warm comfortable room for our stay in San Francisco. I would 100% recommend them, and we will definitely be coming back in the future.

  • Charming room, comfortable, a great neighborhood and location on the far west side of San Francisco! Very nice touch with the flower in a vase in front of the door to my room. Highly recommended!

  • The house was exactly as advertised. Clean, fresh, close walk to beach, easy drive to all attractions, and all the accommodations and conveniences you could want. It was in a safe neighborhood. I would totally stay again and maybe next time bring my kids since it is close to the beach, botanical gardens and park. Ryan was very responsive to my texts and the whole process was entirely simple and seamless. Thanks Kim and Ryan - can't wait to come back! PS - I got the job, so perhaps I will be there once a year at least :)
