We own Tongue River Winery, and our home sits opposite to the winery across the vineyard. It is a large comfortable home on 20 acres on the edge of town with no traffic, peace and quiet. We welcome all people. We speak English and German with a little French.
Two cats also share our home. We keep this room (Vineyard) pet-free but do have a separate room for travelers with pets. (See the Sunny room).
Wine tasting at the winery is free, and coffee and breakfast are provided.

The space
Our Great Room has a grand piano, wood stove, large TV and comfortable chairs/recliners. The Sunroom has a great breakfast area and library. Guests are free to wander through the vineyard or hike down by the river or pond. We are on a Dead-end road so there is no traffic or noise on the property. While the Vineyard Room is kept pet-free, we do offer a "Pet" room. If you would like to bring a pet see the listing for the Sunny Room.

Other things to note
We have three separate listings: the Vineyard Room, the River Room and the Sunny Room which has a private entrance and is used especially for guests traveling with pets. The ONLY room where pets are allowed and must be on a leash out side of the room including outside so NOT to chase our cats.

Winemaker, vineyardist, married with grown children and several cats at home. Can't live without wine, good friendships, travel and compassion. Bob is half-Australian so we love to travel there, as well as Europe and South America. We raise most of our own food, live on a three acre vineyard and run the vineyard/winery as a family business. We offer our home to ALL AIRB&B guests.
