The Space

PLEASE NOTE:

Please do not book until I've REPLIED to your inquiry and stated you are welcome to book. If you do, it will be declined.

The property features a queen sized bed (firm), great light, sound proof windows, wi-fi, and a full kitchen.

Close to everything! Walking distance from Union Square, the Highline, SoHo, Time Square, Empire State Building, and all trains. It's even easy to get to Brooklyn. The neighborhood is at the cross of the Village, Chelsea, and the Meatpacking district, with amazing cafes and shops. The street is quiet and off the main avenues.

The apartment is very quiet as it features sound proof windows on an already quiet tree-lined street, with great cafes, bars and restaurants steps away.

Kitchen has rice cooker, toaster over, gas stove, etc. I'll leave coffee, tea, and oatmeal for breakfast.

It is a 5th floor walk up (4 flights of stairs) so be prepared! No need to hit a gym while your here.

Price is for 1 or 2 people. Extra person +$50/night.
Check in 3p/Check out 12p. It may be possible to come early stay later, but I may need to be in the apt then to prepare for another guest.

Please have an updated profile with pictures (current, of yourself), verifications, references, and reviews. If you are new and without reviews, enough of the others may suffice. Please note I don't book the apartment more than 4 weeks in advance. Please do not inquire before that. Thanks!

  • Had a great stay with no issues. Anastasia's place is in a great location and would highly recommend it to anyone. Only reason not for 5 stars is because there was no internet (which we realised), but there is a Starbucks very close. Thanks Anastasia :)

  • Anastasia was a wonderful hostess. Her home was clean and charming... and most importantly peaceful. She is right near a great cafe and near all the subways. I highly recommend.

  • We stayed in Anastasia's apartment during a very warm week in May this year. The apartment is very well appointed and is just in the best possible part of Manhattan. It is a hundred yards from the ACE line subway and a block from the 1 2/3 line, its location makes getting around a cinch. It is up 5 flights of stairs, but that's not as much as it sounds - and with the food in NY you will be happy for the exercise. We were caught out by a heat wave. There is the option of fitting Air Con in the apartment if required. In hindsight that would have helped us, but there was no way of knowing a heat wave was coming. In summary, awesome apartment and location and a justified five stars. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Anastasia.

  • Great place. Clean, cozy, table to work at if you need to. Perfect area. Great walkability. Close to subway. Every morning started with breakfast at The Grey Dog, just paces away. Anastasia is a great host. Provided extra linens and towels for guests on comfy pull out. Thank you!

  • Great! But be warned--bed's as hard as a board...

  • We would certainly recommend staying at Anastasia's studio. The location is more than perfect, a lot of New York's best offerings are within easy walking distance such as the Meatpacking District, the Highline, SoHo etc! The subway and bus routes are right on the corner of the street if you want to venture into other parts of NYC. The studio itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable - good water pressure in the shower! And the roof deck has some great views. Anastasia was very responsive, we arrived a little later than planned due to a gigantic summer rainstorm but she was very flexible and friendly and still took the time to show us all the ins and outs of the apartment. We had a great time and would definitely stay at Anastasia's studio again if we have a chance to come back. Thanks a lot!

  • We absolutely loved our five days here. Anastasia was fantastic, meeting us with the keys and explaining everything, reccomending restaurants and places to go. The location was fantastic, walking distance to Greenwich, Chelsea, Meatpacking district. There's a great place for breakfast just downstairs. Also, it's right by the L train, which can take you to Union Sq or Williamsburg in minutes. The studio is exactly as seen in the pictures, clean and bright with an air conditioner. Top floor, so certainly lots of stairs but for us that wasn't a negative. Overall, it's a excellent base to explore Manhattan. We'd definitely stay again. Thanks Anastasia!

  • I liked to stay in this studio. It was very clean and quiet. There's no elevator in the building and the studio is in the fifth floor, but Anastasia helped me with the luggage. She is nice and very helpful. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the High Line is a few blocks away.
