Ensemble correcte, propre et bien situé, bonne organisation pour notre arrivée mais chambre très petite, lit collé à une fenêtre très mal isolée donc froid et bruyant.
The penthouse was really good : the location, the bed rooms, the sauna, the big room,...:)
It would be still better if the bed sheets could be provided, because bring some for 4 beds is a bit complicated. Except this detail, everything was great ! I will come back !
Liyo's apartment is great. Location is ideal and the apartment is kept clean. Just a few minutes walk to the nearest tube station and bike share stands. And if you don't mind walking, you can easily reach several major attractions by foot.
Liyo also made for a pleasant host with his (and his friends') warm and welcoming approach. His experience in hosting many travellers (whichever label you prefer), coupled with his local insights proves to be valuable as well.
Thanks for the pleasant stay, Liyo.
My buddy and I had a great visit to London and causing a ruckus while in town (read: we typed on our PC's most the time preparing for an education conference...nerds I tell you). Liyo looked after us, gave us recommendations for specific things to check out (Persian food stop in Edgeware was very good btw!), added hospitality and health advice with his juices for us, and kept everything (and us!) hospitable and clean. We kept the strangest hours and I could come back at whatever odd hour of the night with no trouble. He made sure things worked out for us, shared helpful travel advice, and gave local London insight and stories that added to the trip.
A lovely flat in a great location close to many cafes, shops and gyms, providing both comfort and convenience, ideal for busy London life. Liyo is a cool host; friendly chats and regular juice pressing wasn't in short supply, particularly in the carrot department! I would recommend- Thanks Liyo
The apartment and host are very warm and welcoming. The location too is great. We only stayed overnight so we have a limited experience here. There was a big negative for us and that was the bed. It was a futon style bed rather than a real bed. My partner and I both were unable to sleep well. I don't want to rate this host badly as everything else was perfect. Communication was excellent in fact. I expect if you are heavy sleeper then the bed and the early start weekday traffic noise (only single glazed) would not bother you and it would be a perfect place to stay. It's certainly very clean and tidy.
Staying at Liyo's was great. He's a great host - we went out to eat at a restaurant nearby one night, which was a treat.
Was a great place in the centre of the city and easy to get to all tourist sites....good rooms but the only problem we had was with the heating system....the room gets so cold....but all in all was ok
This stay at Liyo's flat was perfect. He's very friendly and always ready to advise on fun areas to visit or good restaurants to discover.
I recommand Liyo, and next time we're in London, I hope to return at his home.
I had a great stay with Liyo -the place was great, clean and airy as advertised, there's a nice coffee shop and several restaurants a stone's throw away on Lamb's Conduit St. Leo was always good for a builder's tea or quote unquote 'lesbian tea', which I didn't try.
Highly recommended, wouldn't mind coming back.
