The apartment has a full private kitchen with a dishwasher. Breakfast is not provided.

There is a one-time $30 fee for the first pet and $20 for each additional pet.

We allow pets, but if you plan to leave your pet unattended in the apartment, dogs and cats must stay in an appropriate crate. We reserve the right to enter the apartment if an unattended pet is noisy or is not in a crate.

The space
Stay the night and you'll want to stay forever at this magical farm on the hill. We even have a "Sunset Platform" where you can watch the sun set while you relax with your favorite beverage. If you'd like to build a fire, there are two fire pit and plenty of wood to burn.

Our Scottish Highland cattle are so tame we ride them. You can too!

And we have a special pig, Tazzy, three goats, a donkey, and two lambs you can visit.

A full kitchen with a dishwasher is included. Our Farm Store is located on the farm (next to the barn) for some fantastic local beef, pastured pork and lamb, and many other locally produced items. We don't sell alcohol, so bring your own wine or beer. Store hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday to Saturday, and by appointment.

The downstairs bathroom has a champagne tub (sometimes the jets are stubborn) and shower, while the upstairs bath is a private bath off the master bedroom. The apartment is private, and there are no shared inside spaces.

We have miles and miles of trails for snowshoeing in the winter and hiking in the summer. If you want to snowshoe, let us know.

We have Xfinity cable TV in the living area and another TV with a VCR player in the bedroom with single beds. We have a selection of children's VCR tapes.

A propane grill is available for rent ($10 one-time fee). Let us know if you would like to use it during your stay.

Guest access
Guests may wander around the farm and feed carrots to the horses and cows. You can visit with our two sheep, three goats, the mini pig, and the donkey.

We have a Farm Store where guests can purchase locally sourced food, including meat that was raised on the farm. We sell eggs, yogurt, ice cream, and meat.

We do not have bread or dry goods for sale.

Guests will check in and check out at the Farm Store. If the store is closed, enter the apartment through the sliding doors. The key is inside.

There is a queen-size bed in one room and two single beds in another, and a fold-out bed in front of the wood stove. We also have an airbed for extra guests.
