We spent great tima in Muli's place. Everyone is very nice and helpful, the place is just beautiful. The only thing is the area, there isn't a lot to do in Padangbai. If you want to do or visit anything you have to take a motorbike or rent a taxi.

This place is incredible. It's a two bedroom villa (up and down stairs) as part of the Bloo Lagoon Eco Resort. We were blown away when we walked in. Stunning views of the bay and hills. The villa has open window area which we left open and closed our bed net early. The bathroom/shower is outside in the wilderness and is so great!! There is a fridge and drinking water in the villa. Cooking facilities and cutlery etc. One evening we came home to one of the villa cats in our toilet! Very friendly. The restaurant is great, awesome views (breakfast is included) and dinner is reasonable. The spa is great and well priced. You get a free 10 min massage, which we upgraded to the 30min and paid. We also had a facial which was incredible. Lovely staff!! The pool is heaps of fun, plenty of space to lounge around. The slide is fun (not just for kids) and free yoga at 7:30am each morning to beautiful ocean views. We booked a sunrise cruise through reception and it was lovely! You can also book a snorkeling tour, but we opted to do it ourselves. There is a free shuttle to town or the Bloo Lagoon and they're very reliable. The Bloo Lagoon is a 5 minute walk from the accommodation and is great for snorkeling. This is where all the boats go if you book a tour, so we just hired a snorkeling set on the beach for a lot cheaper. Lots of fish (go early in the morning before all the boats arrive and before low tide). We didn't spend much time in the village, went there one night for dinner and the resort was great at collecting us when we asked. Although this is a bit pricer then other places in Bali, we're so happy we spent the extra for this place. Thanks Muli and team. We'd recommended and come again if we make it back to Bali!

Bloo Lagoons best quality is the stunning views! We stayed at three separate villas on our journey coming and going from the Gili Islands and Nusa Penida. All three villas had stunning views, the third villa was our favorite- Lima?! The staff was always friendly and helpful, they arranged ferry rides, drivers, and airport taxi for us with no problem at all! We also enjoyed the free breakfast at Helix, one of the best continental breakfasts I've ever had, juice, fruit, breads, eggs, and some local fare! We also enjoyed many meals at the Helix restaurant (reccomend the steak and grilled prawns in pesto and all the tapas! There's also an amazing restaurant at the bottom of the hill called Topi Inn, cheap drinks and amazing food! Bloo Lagoon Beach right down the hill is also an amazing place to relax and snorkel! One of my favorite parts of Bloo Lagoon was the water slide in the pool, it's exhilarating even for an adult child :)! I also loved the outdoor bathrooms the best, with the tubs and jungle showers! The only thing I have to warn is that because all of the villas are pretty much completely open, there are many bugs and wildlife. I didn't mind the frogs lizards ands bugs but the mosquitos were a bit annoying! I would just say maybe to close the net on the bed early, check it before you fall asleep, and wear citronella oil on your body! Wifi was best at the restaurant! Spa was also a wonderful added touch, I had a great Hawana massage and body scrub for reasonable price! Totally recommend Bloo Lagoon for your in between island location!

Thanks again for a wonderful stay, everything worked on schedule, the staff were polite and could not have been more helpful.

We had a lovely stay at the Blue Lagoon resort and this was definitely the highlight of our trip in Bali. In fact, we had such a great time there that we decided to go there again near the end of our stay to spend one more night. The community's efforts to provide sustainable and comfortable accommodations are truly inspiring and really added value to our experience there. The staff was also very friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant was amazing. Can't wait to go back!

The rooms are beautiful with absolutely beautiful views! I would definitely stay here again. A little on the expensive side for Bali but the view is worth it. Wifi didn't really work in my room but was great at the other areas (pool, restaurant, etc). Morning yoga is included- enjoyed this very much. Bloo Lagoon beach is a short walk down the hill. They were able to organize a driver for me to the chocolate factory, water palace and virgin beach. Virgin beach is definitely worth a day/half-day trip- - the water is much calmer for swimming - more so than the smaller beach in padang bai.

Great Place! Clean and the staff is wonderful, but it's due for some much needed renovations.
