The Villa is located in Várzea , a small village conveniently located just one minute from the main road that circles the island. Sete Cidades lakes and trails, Mosteiros beach and sunsets, and Ferraria hot springs are all at a short 10 minute drive from us.

The space
This is a private double accommodation with its own kitchen and bathroom just for your use. Ground floor is an open space with eating area and equipped kitchen.

Bedroom is on the first floor with 2 single beds by standard (if you need a double bed please request), bathroom with shower, desk, smart TV, and a balcony with a beautiful view over the mountain. There is an air condition unit in this floor, keeping the bedroom fresh in summer and warm in winter.

Staff works daily at the Villa and we can assist you with anything.

All guests share the garden and leisure areas of the Villa, including the barbecue area (only available during Summer months).

Included on your booking:
- Coffee and tea for your first days (we use an American type coffee machine)
- Linens, towels, beach towels, shower gel and shampoo
- Wi-fi
- Parking space inside the Villa
- Weekly cleaning, or anytime under your request

Not Included:
- You can add a breakfast basket delivered to your door (13€ per person/per day)
