Close to most tourist destinations. Close to Metro, places to eat and shop. The views are amazing. The patio is perfect to unwind after a long day out.

Great view! Eugenio is a superhost for a reason - easy and fast communication. 7th arrondissement has a lot of great shops and restaurants. It’s definitely a lot of stairs - 8 stories up - and there’s no AC but both features are fairly common in Paris.

This flat has a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower and is comfortable and clean. We loved coming home to it every night!

THE VIEW, amazing!!!! Better than we even expected. Cannot believe the view of the Eiffel Tower and pretty much the entire city. Everything was so clean and awesome! The stairs were a little tough but worth it it. Definitely staying here again when we return! Highly recommend!

The view to the tower is not realistic in the listing images. The tower is actually muuuuuuch closer to what it seems. It is a great cozy place for someone who wants to see Paris from the top and have almost 360 views of the city.

This was a truly great spot to stay in Paris. Be prepared to climb a few stairs, but the views are such a welcome reward! Definitely worth the workout. Eugenio offered a clean and delightful apartment for our stay. We felt like true Parisians as we enjoyed some local cheeses…
