On a dark night the city lights up and you can see over the roof tops of the city centre. On a clear morning you can see all the way to green hills beyond the river. The area is lively - Newcastle is a city that wakes up at night. From the flat you can get to the Quayside (River Tyne) or city centre in 5 minutes. The fabulous concert hall "the Sage" and Millennium Bridge are also only a few steps away. The flat is near great transport links: a taxi brings you there in 20 mins (£17), the Central Railway Station is 15 min walk away (£4 on taxi) and the Manors metro station is less than 5 mins away.
My top priorities, when offering my guests a pleasant stay, are cleanliness, reliability and most of all - a warm welcome. I will provide you with lots of information about Newcastle and the surrounding towns. I'll do my best to find good time to show you around if you wish.
For the light sleepers, I suggest a pair of ear plugs, as Newcastle city centre is much very alive at night. Anywhere around the centre you may hear the occasional "Woohoo" coming from the streets now and then. My neighbours in the building are the quiet and respectful type.
If you have been happy with the booking, please leave a reference :) Thank you!

Rosa's flat was in an ideal location for a weekend in Newcastle. good for both quayside and city centre. It was exactly as per the description.
Check in and out was fine. Rosa was very helpful and communicative during the booking process and to ensure we had everything we needed and no problems.
I would recommend this flat and Rosa as a host.
Great place in Newcastle, perfect location and setting for an amazing weekend with my girlfriend. The apartment has everything that you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxed. Next time we are visiting Newcastle, we would stay again. Communication and collection of keys were very, very smooth and clear.
Thank you for a great weekend, see you soon.

We stayed at Raisa's for a weekend and really loved the place. It's just big enough for two people with everything you need to feel at home.
The whole stay went very smoothly and the flat is close enough to the centre of Newcastle to be convenient (we walked everywhere we wanted to go), while being far enough away to be nice and quiet, even at the weekend.
We're planning to return to Newcastle later in the year and will definitely look out for this place again.
This was my first time with AirBnB. Rosa answered all my emails and texts. The flat is beautifully presented, and centrally located. Rosa was there to meet me at the time we agreed and made me very welcome. I plan to go back next time I'm Newcastle.
Thank you rosa!
Hi, I'm Raisa. I live and work in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. I host on AirBnB but will also start finding accommodation for our future trips through this website. I'm into sport, martial arts in particular. I also compete in Taekwondo.
From my holidays I wish time to relax and to be able to switch off. I enjoy museums and eating out. I like sightseeing and sitting in a cafe watching the world go by.
Hope to hear from you and your experiences too,
