Incredible views everywhere in the condo!!!. 3rd floor end unit with extra windows in kitchen and bedroom. Over looks oceanfront pool. All tile flooring, full kitchen. Recliner in living room. WIFI cable TV. 6 pools, Jacuzzis oceanfront cabana bar.
One bedroom, oceanfront condo, sleeps six. Bedroom has queen bed with view of ocean. Flat screen TV and DVD in bedroom along with ceiling fan. Hallway has built in bunkbeds with privacy curtain and separate dresser. Kitchen has dishwasher, glasstop stove with oven, full size microwave and refrigerator, Table with seating for six. Living room has commercial grade sleeper sofa, recliner and wicker rocker chair. SMART TV with VCR/DVD player and game console with games. WIFI for internet access. No daily maid service, cleaning lady comes at end of your stay to clean.
Full use of 33 acre resort with six pools, heated lazy river, heated indoor pool, kiddie pool, multiple Jacuzzi's both indoor and outdoor, exercise room with steam room, sauna, basketball, vollyball, children's playground, oceanfront cabana bar with live music in Summer.

We like to speak on the phone with all of our guests after accepting the reservation. We are only a phone call away if you need us.
Close to Market Commons with high end shopping and restaurants. Close to Broadway at the Beach and Tanger outlets. Short drive to Murrells Inlet seafood capital of the world. Great restaurants galore. Clsoe to Myrtle Beach State Park. Surfside and Garden City both have fishing piers, where you can buy daily fishing license.
Located 10 minutes from airport.
Other Things to Note
Coin operated laundry room on the third floor. Remove garbage when leaving to the cans by the elevator. Smoking in condo will result in the loss of your $300.00 security deposit. Must pay 12% SC taxes in addition to nightly rate you will be sent an invoice thru PayPal, once it is paid I will email lockbox code and rental agreement which you will need to show to guard gate and purchase a $10.00 (cash) parking pass good for entire stay.
3% SC Accommodations tax due by PayPal prior to arrival. Must purchase a $10.00 (cash) parking pass at the gate, good for entire stay. No smoking, no pets allowed. Please strip beds of sheets before leaving and leave all used linens (except bedspreads and mattress pads) including used towels in bathroom tub. Dishes must be washed and refrigerator emptied. Do not use our towels to remove makeup or wipe up spills, paper towels are provided. You will be charged for stained towels. Please take all garbage to the cans by the elevator when leaving. No refunds for cancellation. No refunds for early departure. Must adhere to rental contract which will be sent to you and rental rules which are posted in the condo .
From Jun 1 - Aug 31, 2016 the minimum stay is 7 nights.
My husband and I have been renting our vacation homes since 2003. We love dealing with our guests and making their vacations memorable. We have beautiful long haired Chihuahua named Bella and love renting our home in Garden City to fellow pet lovers. Our condos do not allow pets. Only our Garden City home is pet friendly. Serenity Cove has a fenced in backyard.
