A: Nope! There are no additional taxes/fees added. The price that you pay on airbnb is the full price.

Guess interaction can be as much or as little as you'd like. We the hosts live very close by and can answer and assist you very quickly before, during and after your stay.

check in time is 4pm. earlier check in may be possible with prior arrangement. later checks in are welcome, any check in needed after 9pm is extra $20 and after 12 midnight is extra $50 charge, which will be collected at time of check in.

1 key and 1 key fob will be provided for our guests during their stay. if a 2nd set of keys is requested a $125 security deposit will be charged in which at the end of the stay $100 will be refunded with the return of the keys. therefore, $25 fee for the use of 2nd set of keys for the entire duration of the stay.

  • Perfect location! Walked to Stanley Park and was only two blocks from the sea wall. Would definitely recommend this place.

  • The apartment is just as advertised, was lovely, and worked out great. It's in a beautiful and convenient spot, which made it very nice to get around. The host has several properties around, so you are met by a liaison who meets you and shows you around the apartment upon arrival, but they are very nice and informative. It was a lovely stay and I highly recommend it.

  • Highly recommended. Stunning views of downtown Vancouver. We really loved this Airbnb as it was centrally located to many shops and restaurants and very clean. It also has a parking space included which is a real plus.

    Andrew & Faye are very attentive and provide great customer service -- quickly responded to any questions that we had. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

  • Fantastic location with great views towards Stanley Park. The apartment is essentially across the street from Robson St. with tons of amazing restaurants. There is a great (and expensive) grocery store a few minute walk from the building. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment with laundry detergent. I think for the price you would be hard pressed to find a better place to stay in downtown Vancouver.

    Mandy was our check-in host. I let her know that our flight was delayed and she worked with us to meet us precisely when we arrived. Andrew was also very easy to get in touch with when needed.

  • The place was very nice and we liked it very much. All necessary things are provided, and it is pretty convenient. The place is very closed to lot's of places, convenient stores, nice restaurants, shopping places.
    Both Mandy and Andrew are very nice and patient. They provided me very clear instructions. Also they had a pretty flexible checking in time for me. I really appreciate that.

  • We stayed in Andrew and Faye's apartment for 10 days while on holiday and it was a dream! The location in downtown Vancouver was perfect and the apartment was a good size and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend booking this apartment over a Hotel any day!

  • My son and I had a great stay at Andrew and Faye's place. Communication was promptly responded too, and was through email. We didn't actually get a chance to meet Andrew or Faye, but their designated contact Mandy was helpful as well.

    The place is nicely designed, centrally located and a perfect spot to visit Vancouver as it is walking distance to most downtown attractions or transit. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Vancouver.

Hello! We are Faye & Andrew! Hmm... a little about ourselves. We are both Realtors working in downtown and Vancouver West side. When Andrew was younger, his parents turned his home inside out and hosted a bed and breakfast with 6 rooms during Expo 86. Since then, he's always enjoyed hosting and making sure that all my friends and guest have the best time possible.
