As a result of our combined Danish-Singaporean cultures, our dream space materialized into a very consistent light-oriented Scandinavian aesthetic. The space took 3 months to renovate; and we have designed everything from scratch, including the dividing sliding door and open windows.

No matter how energy-efficient the air conditioner is, that is still energy unnecessarily wasted and contributing to our devastating global warming situation.
Hosts were extremely accommodating and communicative. Loft is as pictured and is quiet and calm.
The loft is beautiful and spacious but may be not as bright as shown in the pictures. We were 4 people and had no difficulties fitting into the room. The bathroom is very nice, the kitchen also spacious and equipped (even though we didn't really use it).
The location in China town is quite central and allows one to walk to Soho, Noho and the other surrounding neighborhoods. Everything was clean, there were enough towels and the AC also worked well.
Communication prior to our arrival was also easy and exchanging the keys worked well!
The only two things we disliked:
(1) the apartment is located in the 5th floor and it is quite exhausting to take the stairs several times a day, especially if you are walking the city the whole day anyways.
(2) the smell in the staircase was horrible! May be it came from the surrounding chinese shops but it was definitely something I don't want to smell again.
My wife and I had a fantastic stay in Zings New York apartment. The space was beautiful. If your a creative and want to experience NY in style then this is the place to airbnb. Great location. Close to a fantastic art museum, china town, east village and many tasty eats.
Beautiful loft in a vibrant neighborhood and walking distance to world class restaurants and shops. Zi was responsive and arranged for our arrival despite not being in the country. Our stay was during very warm weather so the only downside was choosing between a very noisy AC or a stifling hot loft. Would definitely stay here again.
Postel i sofa byly ustlané dle našeho zadání.
Hotels in New York are known to be expensive and really tiny. It's not often that you can find such a gorgeous loft which is unbelievably spacious, with a hammock, hanging plants, and a huge (shared) kitchen. It is artsy, yet very homely.
Best of all - the apartment is within walking distance to Little Italy, Chinatown, Nolita, and Soho... It is fairly accessible too, with Grand Street (Line B & D), and Bowery (Line L & Z) just around the corner.
The only downside is the apartment is located on the 5th level, and there is no lift. Nonetheless, this is a wonderful place to stay at when you are visiting NYC. We'd definitely stay here again.
The unit wsa absolutely beautiful, and the pictures were an accurate portrayel. A lot of natural light, space and I loved the bathroom/shower. It's close walking distance to everything, and just on the cusp of chinatown. There are a good amount of stairs to climb, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage, or come back to the place after a few drinks ;) I travel to NY for work fairly often, so as a single traveling woman, I felt safe in the area at any time of day. Part of the unit is used as a photography studio, but you rarely (if ever) run into the photographers/studio mgrs. I will definitely stay here again.
