A great stay in a true jungle setting. The house is up a big paved hill, which we walked and drove. Having a vehicle is be helpful. We loved seeing the wildlife especially the monkeys!! The beds and bedding were very comfortable after a day of adventures and exploring. The kitchen is well equiped and perfect for eating and preparing meals. The AC in the bedrooms worked great and had to ask for a fan for the living space which was brought to the house quickly. The pool is shaded all day and very refreshing! The kiddos loved it.

Amazing house in an amazing location. You will be visited by many different kinds of animals while on the balcony; the monkeys have their own private network of ropes to get around between the houses and trees. They don't bother but don't leave stuff outside. All the sliding doors have mesh sliders to keep the bugs out while letting the air in. The house has 4 showers: 2 inside at either end of the house, and 2 outside on the balcony - they're all powerful but none of them retain their temperature for more than 30s. There is a full American-style laundry unit below the house, with a tumble dryer. The apartment also has daily cleaning if you want it. The location of the pool is a bit odd as it's below the house to the right of the parking. If you did have kids there would be no way to keep an eye on them from the house itself so beware of that. Manuel Antonio Estates were very helpful and have gave us a phone to contact them in case we needed anything like a taxi pick up. Thanks for everything!

This place was great. It's on the edge of Quepos and close to Manuel Antonio. It was perfect for walking into Quepos which is a little more gritty and filled with locals and it's a shirt drive to Manuel Antonio which is more of a resort area. Thislocation was oerfext to be close to both. The development is nice and it's gated with a guard which feels very secure. The house is really was comfortable and clean. A very pretty development of newer nicer homes. I like both towns. There was a gym right outside the gate that I joined for a week for $15 so I could work out while we were here and I walked or drove into Quepos every days for shopping etc. Dorit and the other staff were very helpful setting up guides or giving recommendations for things we wanted to do. I'll stay here again in our next visit.

Dorit is just a wonderful and knowledgeable manager, who was available for any assistance when needed. The house is unique for those who love nature (do not forget to grill one night in the terrace that is overlooking nature.) The house smelled a bit, I imagine many visitors do not turn on the air conditioning, which is essential in such a humid environment. We suggest to rent a car. It will make life much easier. We enjoyed our stay and will repeat it in he future!

From the moment we arrived we were treated amazingly. The staff at Manuel Antonio Estates were wonderful, friendly and super helpful. Casa Cascada was exactly what we expected. The beds were very comfortable and the sounds of the rainforest, all around, were welcomed. The outdoor showers were a welcome surprise and the water was hot. The pool, however, was extremely refreshing and as a result we didn't spend much time in it as it was too cold. Dorit was lovely and very knowledgeable about the area. She offered great suggestions of things to see and do. The area was most beautiful. We had monkeys visit us on the balcony and saw the toucans at the office. We also enjoyed the Full Moon spa treatment, which was amazing. We would definitely return to Manuel Antonio Estates.

This was a very nice clean home behind a gate that is staffed 24hrs. We felt safe here and it was nice and quiet. Elias was very helpful during our entire stay including ordering our dinner for us to be delivered one night. On our last night we were able to see a group of about 12 monkeys in the trees right next to the house and they even came right up to balcony and onto the roof. This was definitely a highlight for my daughter. Our only issue was not being able to regulate the shower temperature. The water would go from HOT to Freezing without really staying at a comfortable temperature. We used the washer and dryer to do our laundry which was great.

Thanks for taking the time to review your stay with us! We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed your time at Casa Cascada and the monkey visit! Thanks also for letting us know about the shower, we didn't know the shower wasn't heating/cooling the water correctly and we are going to fix the issue right away for our future guests. Thanks again and Pura Vida!!

Our group of 4 really enjoyed our stay at Casa Cascada. The home was roomy and clean and had a beautiful patio area and pool. Its a short walk away from the bus stop, which gives you access to the beach and National Park. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a wonderful BBQ you can access. We had more than enough space for our group. We had a staff member come by every day to check up on us which was great! He gave us tips on where to go and how to get there. They also gave us a cell phone we would use to contact him or anyone else in town. The only issues we ran into was trying to explain to a food delivery company where the home was. And, you have to walk up an inclined hill to get to the place. We strongly recommend this place!
