1. ALL ADULT GUESTS must show a VALID PHOTO ID (govt/company/school). One (1) ID per group must be surrendered to the Lobby Guard.

4. FREE POOL use for Registered Guests:

• Register to the 3rd floor Guard.
• OPEN: 7AM—10PM on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS W/TIME SLOTS.
• CLOSED: MONDAY & THURSDAY for cleaning. This schedule may be adjusted if the cleaning schedule falls on a Holiday.
• Maximum of 30 guests at a certain time slot will be allowed to use the pool area for 1.5 hours.

Luggage drop off is not allowed by Admin in the Lobby area since it’s a Residential Condominium.

Change of guest count is still possible at least 24 hours before arrival date via “Change Reservation Request”.
5th Floor Unit that is convenient when going in and out of the premise. NO TAAL VIEW from the balcony but guests can access the ROOF DECK at 23rd Floor to enjoy the spectacular 360-degree view of Tagaytay and Taal.
We provide basic bath towel, blanket, tissue roll, miminal dishwashing liquid and new sponge. Bring extra as needed.
We do NOT provide flat iron due to past burnt linens nor hairdryer. Guests can bring own steam iron for safety.
