Cozy one bedroom suite located in our home. We are in the heart of Carroll Gardens and is around the corner from many shops, restaurants and cafes. It is also a 5 minute walk to the F and G subway lines.

Air conditioning throughout. Perfect for families. We have a queen sized pull out couch in the living room.

Living Room:
Couch, marble mantle, original plaster moldings, dining table area for 4, queen sleeper sofa.

Bedroom:
Queen sized bed with deluxe bedding, charging station by the bedside, connected to a separate sunroom with seating area, access to small outdoor patio, two closets and dresser for ample clothing and luggage storage. The bedroom is in the back of the home so it's very quiet.

Bathroom:
Ensuite and private bathroom with combination tub and shower.

During your stay
We own the building and live upstairs and are always around if there are questions.

Carroll Gardens is both the heart of old Brooklyn and part of "brownstone" Brooklyn’s boom. The neighborhood has long been known for its traditional Italian-American restaurants, lively street life and old timers hanging out on stoops. But now neighborhood staples like Caputo’s Bakery and Monteleone’s Café share the streets with upscale stroller shops, yoga studios and new favorites like Frankie's and Prime Meats. The neighborhood still feels like a small town, one of the few places where you know your neighbors, your postman and your butcher by name.
