This lovely one bedroom apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Dublin's city centre cultural quarter Temple Bar. It is a quiet, peaceful haven overlooking a courtyard and surrounded by all Dublin has to offer!

The space

This is a gorgeous apartment in the heart of Dublin city centre. Although it is located in the popular Temple Bar, it is in the quieter part of the area. Thus it has the benefit of being very centrally located, but also a peaceful retreat during your time in Ireland's capital city. It really has the best of both worlds!
It's a spacious one bedroom apartment, with one large bedroom with plenty of storage and a day bed that can be used as a single bed or extended to a double bed if required. Thus the apartment can sleep up to four people.
In addition to the bedroom, there's a bathroom with both bath and shower, as well as a kitchen / dining / living room, which contains the day bed.
The apartment is strictly no smoking and no additional guests (to those booked in) are allowed in the apartment without my prior consent.

Guest access

In addition to the apartment itself, guests will have access to the courtyard, which is shared among the apartment complex residents.

Interaction with guests

I look forward to meeting you on your arrival and showing you around the apartment and providing information on local sights and amenities. I'll be available by phone and email during the duration of your stay and hope to make your holiday in Dublin as enjoyable as possible.

Helens place was fantastic. There isn't a single thing I can say that is bad about it. It's located directly in the heart of Dublin surrounded by great places to get food and drinks, and it is close to many of the major sight seeing attractions. We did a couple day tours while we were there and the pickup location was only a ten minute walk away, making it very practical. Helen is very kind, and you know the instant that you meet her, that she will go out of her way to help you out and make sure your stay is pleasant and productive, no matter what your travel plans are. The next time I go to Dublin I will definitely stay here again, if it's available. (Which is rare, so if you see this available grab it while you can!!).

Helen was awesome! She was extremely professionally and helpful. Also when we had questions about the local area, she was very knowledgeable. Her apartment was in the perfect part of town, just far enough from the noise but central to nightlife as well. I will definitely stay again once I come back to this fun city, thanks Helen!

Helen is a star, so kind and flexible; the apartment has all you need and more for a great stay in the heart of Dublin, the only problem was just that, the location, meaning that while on Thursday night we could sleep peacefully, on Friday night the music was loud until late at night. I did not consider at time of booking that all the noise from the pubs and bars in Temple Bar could reach the place, that is not in the middle of it all, but, well, it did. In short, great place for party people over the weekend, great place for everybody during the week.

Response from Helen:
Hi Viviana Thanks so much for your feedback. I'm so sorry to hear you were disturbed by loud music on Friday night, particularly as your mum was staying with you. I can assure this this is not a normal occurrence, and probably wasn't helped by the warm weather, which meant you might have needed to keep the windows open. I've lived in the apartment for seven and a half years, and it is very rare for there to be any kind of noise disturbance, which is unusual, given how central the apartment is. Of course, I completely understand this is of no help to you, as it was noisy on one of the nights you were there. I only wish there was something I could have done, and am very sorry this was your experience. I do hope you enjoyed the rest of your trip! Very best wishes, Helen

Helen's apartment is in a perfect location. Right next to a bookstore, coffee shops and nightlife. We found it to be the perfect home base for all our Dublin adventures. Helen is lovely and super attentive.

Helen’s flat was the most perfect place for our Dublin minibreak – fantastic location (at the quiet end of Temple Bar) with delicious food close by (Queen of Tarts) and walking distance to everything you need. Helen was super accommodating and the flat had everything we could need – highly recommend!

Hi there. I'm a native Dubliner and have been living in the city centre for almost fifteen years, so will look forward to letting you know about all the good spots to go to while you visit Dublin. I work as a nutritionist and really enjoy eating out in Dublin's many great restaurants and cafes, so can let you know my personal favourites! I also regular go to gigs and films, so can give you tips on where the best places to catch live music are.
