The space

This is a gorgeous apartment in the heart of Dublin city centre. Although it is located in the popular Temple Bar, it is in the quieter part of the area. Thus it has the benefit of being very centrally located, but also a peaceful retreat during your time in Ireland's capital city. It really has the best of both worlds!
It's a spacious one bedroom apartment, with one large bedroom with plenty of storage and a day bed that can be used as a single bed or extended to a double bed if required. Thus the apartment can sleep up to four people.
In addition to the bedroom, there's a bathroom with both bath and shower, as well as a kitchen / dining / living room, which contains the day bed.
The apartment is strictly no smoking and no additional guests (to those booked in) are allowed in the apartment without my prior consent.

Guest access

In addition to the apartment itself, guests will have access to the courtyard, which is shared among the apartment complex residents.

Interaction with guests

I look forward to meeting you on your arrival and showing you around the apartment and providing information on local sights and amenities. I'll be available by phone and email during the duration of your stay and hope to make your holiday in Dublin as enjoyable as possible.

The neighborhood

The apartment is on a pedestrianised street, close to a main street (and thus convenient for a variety of public transport), and overlooks a private courtyard. Across the courtyard is a yoga studio and massage centre, handy if you fancy a yoga class or massage.
The immediate surrounding area comprises a number of small shops, museums, theatres, cafes and restaurants, as well as a market on Saturdays.

Getting around

Being in the city centre, the apartment is close to bus stops, the Luas (tram), and the city's two main train stations. Buses to and from the airport also pass close by, and much of the city centre is easily accessible by foot.

Other things to note

If you have any questions at all, please feel free to contact me.

House Rules

The apartment is in excellent condition and I would hope to have guests who can take care of it during their visit. This is a strictly no smoking apartment. The apartment isn't suitable for pets and hasn't been childproofed, so may not be suitable for smaller children. Many thanks!

Hi there. I'm a native Dubliner and have been living in the city centre for almost fifteen years, so will look forward to letting you know about all the good spots to go to while you visit Dublin. I work as a nutritionist and really enjoy eating out in Dublin's many great restaurants and cafes, so can let you know my personal favourites! I also regular go to gigs and films, so can give you tips on where the best places to catch live music are.
