This lovely one bedroom apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Dublin's city centre cultural quarter Temple Bar. It is a quiet, peaceful haven overlooking a courtyard and surrounded by all Dublin has to offer!
This is a gorgeous apartment in the heart of Dublin city centre. Although it is located in the popular Temple Bar, it is in the quieter part of the area. Thus it has the benefit of being very centrally located, but also a peaceful retreat during your time in Ireland's capital city. It really has the best of both worlds!
It's a spacious one bedroom apartment, with one large bedroom with plenty of storage and a day bed that can be used as a single bed or extended to a double bed if required. Thus the apartment can sleep up to four people.
In addition to the bedroom, there's a bathroom with both bath and shower, as well as a kitchen / dining / living room, which contains the day bed.
The apartment is strictly no smoking and no additional guests (to those booked in) are allowed in the apartment without my prior consent.
In addition to the apartment itself, guests will have access to the courtyard, which is shared among the apartment complex residents.
Interaction with Guests
I look forward to meeting you on your arrival and showing you around the apartment and providing information on local sights and amenities. I'll be available by phone and email during the duration of your stay and hope to make your holiday in Dublin as enjoyable as possible.
The apartment is on a pedestrianised street, close to a main street (and thus convenient for a variety of public transport), and overlooks a private courtyard. Across the courtyard is a yoga studio and massage centre, handy if you fancy a yoga class or massage.
The immediate surrounding area comprises a number of small shops, museums, theatres, cafes and restaurants, as well as a market on Saturdays.
Being in the city centre, the apartment is close to bus stops, the Luas (tram), and the city's two main train stations. Buses to and from the airport also pass close by, and much of the city centre is easily accessible by foot.
Other Things to Note
If you have any questions at all, please feel free to contact me.
*Update/note: for the next few months I'll probably be taking just weekend bookings. I'm planning to block out the weekdays, but in the interim, please message me first to check availability, before sending through reservation request. Thanks so much!*
The apartment is in excellent condition and I would hope to have guests who can take care of it during their visit. This is a strictly no smoking apartment. The apartment isn't suitable for pets and hasn't been childproofed, so may not be suitable for smaller children. Many thanks!
Très bon accueil de Helen qui était disponible et toujours prête à donner des conseils de visite.
La localisation de l'appartement est parfaite pour profiter de toutes les activités, sorties et visite! C'est agréable, calme et spacieux, conformément à la description. A recommander!
I would definitely recommend staying here. Had a great weekend with 3 friends in April. Great apartment in a great location. Apartment is clean and comfortable and is in a quiet area, that's in walking distance to lots of sight seeing, shops, bars and restaurants. Helens dad, Sean met us and gave us a friendly welcome to dublin and good tips for where to visit, and Helen maintained good contact all weekend and was able to give recommendations to answer all of my queries.
It was such a great experience staying at Helen's flat! I would definitely recommend it.
The flat is very clean, comfortable for 4 people and in the best location, just few mins far from anything you might want to visit in Dublin. Also, the bus form the airport leaves you just opposite, which makes things even easier.
Helen is such a great host that cares about you. She left us great trips and the communication with her was always very good; anytime we needed something, she would always answer immediately, before or during our trip.Thank you so much Helen for you hospitality!
We were 4 friends on a weekend trip to explore Dublin and we had a great stay at Helen's apartment. It is located in a lovely area, close to everything one could possibly want and just steps away from a great cafe' and cakes place. The apartment is simple but it has all you need and both the bed and the sofa bed are comfortable. Helen was plasant and left us some tips of her favourite places to go in the neighborood. I would reccomend staying at her place!
Helen was a fab host, the apartment was easy to find with Helens directions and although in a quiet part of Dublin, it was just a stones throw from Temple Bar, Bus stops (Open top tours and Airport Link) and lovely cafe's.
Helen ran through where to go, what to see and how the apartment worked and we could not fault it !
The apartment was clean and functional for our use, it was lovely and warm which for the time of year we went was a god send !
Round the corner is a lovely place for breakfast and cakes called 'Queen of Tarts' and there are so many restaurants near by we used trip adviser to find some good ones ! I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone !
Vielen Dank!
Helen was a wonderful host. She greeted us at the apartment on our arrival, gave us a little tour and told us everything we needed to know. The apartment itself was the perfect size for me and my boyfriend, added extras like helping ourselves to tea and coffee and also use of the toiletries made us feel right at home. But above all - the location was phenomenal! You are right in Temple Bar, so you are very central. But do not worry about noise - the area the apartment is in is so quiet.
Hi there. I'm a native Dubliner and have been living in the city centre for almost fifteen years, so will look forward to letting you know about all the good spots to go to while you visit Dublin. I work as a nutritionist and really enjoy eating out in Dublin's many great restaurants and cafes, so can let you know my personal favourites! I also regular go to gigs and films, so can give you tips on where the best places to catch live music are.
