In short, this is the best place I've stayed via Airbnb. This place is super clean and tidy. Just like the pictures. Even though I stayed here alone, the space is large enough for 2 people. This apartment has small living room, kitchen, toilet&shower, and a bedroom.
By bus, it takes about 30-40 mins to Downtown, and the bus stop is only 1 block from the house. All you need to do is checking the bus schedule.
I only met Gabriel. He kindly recommend me some restaurants where locals like to visit!
I highly recommend stay here!
We loved Libby&Gabe's little guest apartment. It is quiet and cozy. And it was the perfect size for 2 people. Located not too far from the popular Hawthorne shopping area. The fresh cut flowers were a nice touch! Super cute place, great yard, and friendly chickens! :) We will definitely book again when returning to Portland.
This was my first airbnb experience and my family and I would do it again! Our host were friendly and helpful. Instructions left for us about places to eat and see and what to do for check out. Their apartment was clean, comfortable and accommodating. I left my hair dryer at home but they had one plus shampoo, soap, fresh towels, etc. The kitchen allowed us to cook and eat in and there was a park with a nice playground only three blocks away. Our kids enjoyed their chickens and running around in their yard. You would be making a good choice to stay here.
This was our first Airbnb experience and it was great. Clean, cozy and equipped with everything we needed. There is great food within walking distance at Bar Carlo which is not to be missed. We highly recommended this spot for anyone headed to Portland for a getaway.
Libby and Gabe's place was perfect. Exactly as described, so cozy and comfortable. Friendly quiet dogs, and i met a cat who meowed and cuddled on my lap for an hour while i read by the firepit. We felt right at home. Good coffee and the kitchen was well kept. Neighborhood is great, buses to everywhere are right there, but plenty of bars and food in just a couple blocks. Record store, too! We would definitely be back.
This little 1BR is the exact kind of spot we were looking for in Portland. It was a perfect little home away from from, with all the amenities you could ask for. The friendly pup welcoming us at the gate was an added bonus.
Libby and Gabe were extremely accommodating from day one and always easy to reach. I would stay here again and recommend this place to anyone looking for a roomy stay!
