About This Listing
My newly renovated and tastefully decorated one bedroom apartment is located in the heart of East Village, one of New York's trendiest, liveliest and most desirable neighborhoods.
-Steps to the best restaurants, high end retail and high street fashion stores in New York City.
-High speed Wifi
-Cable TV with HBO included
-Located on the 4th floor so it is fairly quiet at night and above the street noise.
-Carefully and tastefully decorated.
-The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, coffee maker, kettle, plates, pots, pans, etc.
-The apartment is furnished with TV and DVD player.
The apartment is close to main arterial subways that service all of Manhattan. Subway stops to the 6/N/R/B/D/F/M/L trains are right outside your doorstep to NYC's 24/7 subway system.
I will provide clean bed sheets and towels. There'll be free space in the closets and dresser.
NOTE: If you would like to check the availability and pricing, you can enter the dates you are interested in and click "book it", the next screen will show you the final price and availability before you process payment and confirm.
Also, if you would like directions to the apartment from the airport, feel free to ask. I can generally advise you on the best means of transport.
NOTE: My check-in/check-out is flexible, so please be flexible as well. If you arrive at 9 am the day of your check-in, it is very likely that someone will still be staying at the apartment and it will need to be cleaned. I may have to ask you to drop off your bags and come back later. That being said, I have never had a problem with this and ask for your understanding in these circumstances. This is not a hotel, but I promise to do my absolute best in these situations to accommodate everyone and make sure you have a great time.
-The guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.
I will be present when the guests arrive to show them the apartment and to answer any questions they may have. After that, I will be available upon request if needed. I know the neighborhood very well and make an excellent tour guide.
Have fun and treat the apartment with respect!
This 4th floor walk-up apartment is in a great location in East Village. Safe area and terrific restaurants all around - only a few blocks from the subway. Bed was very comfortable, great TV. Had a wonderful time.
Although we arrived late from JFK (11PM) Bryan was there to welcome us in his nice apartment. Everything was as described and more (the little red notebook with Bryan's favorite addresses in the neighborhood). We do recommend Bryan for his kindness and helpfulness. Thank you again Bryan !
Our host was extremely responsive and flexible, something that I'm not quite used to here in NYC. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We all had a great stay in a fantastic neighborhood! I know we'd all love to stay again.
5 Sterne!

About the Host, B.A.
I work in merchandising and sales for a menswear company in Manhattan. I have lived all over the United States while growing up, but am glad to finally call NYC my home. I can't imagine living anywhere else. When I am not working, I am out and about with friends downtown Manhattan and in Williamsburg. I am really into music and try my best to make it to at least one or two concerts every week. The music scene was a major motivation for me to move here. If you need any help with suggestions of places to go in NYC, I will be glad to help.
