In response to Steve's comments; I myself have used AirBNB many times over the past 5 years, in the US and Europe. I know in doing so, each place is unique. Our Airbnb is in a charming old building above our store. It is not perfect, but we try to compensate for that with service and location. We are also new at this, just opened in July and have taken the comments seriously.

TV only has a ChromeCast streaming system – no regular TV channels or cable - this is what we have in our home, and it works well. I have Spectrum coming in to put standard TV in.
kitchen is not well equipped: Steve mentioned he his a gourmet cook and I told him I would have many spices, oils, basic in the kitchen, which I did. I also told him I could get anything from my home for him, which I did.
Bedrooms are on the 3rd floor while the single bathroom is on the 2nd floor off the kitchen, the stairs are really steep, This is in the photos.
The cleaner does not clean well at all, This is the first time anyone complained about the cleaning.
the washer and dryer are in the basement of the store, Yes, it is for now.
They have left over construction items in various storage places. Yes, those are our storage spaces.
The beds are brand new.
