We loved our time at Sunanda's!
The room and bath are beautifully appointed. Great care has been taken to make it a welcoming and inviting space and Sunanda provided many special touches to welcome us and make our stay comfortable. Both their home and the surrounding neighborhood are peaceful, quiet and interesting. Our hosts were friendly and very interesting. To be able to sit and look out at the pool sparkling in the sunshine and listen to the splashing of water from the fountain was wonderful!
We would have loved to extend our stay, but their space is quite popular.
A HIDDEN TREASURE IN FLORIDA. Words cannot express how lovely our stay at Kashi Ashram. Sunanda was so attentive and hospitable and the guesthouse and grounds are absolutely impeccable. Totally private and I HIGHLY recommend if you are looking to "unplug" and stay away from the craziness of resorts and big city. Short drive to great beaches at Viro and Wabasso and we spent one day at Disney. About a 90 minute drive from Sanford where we flew in on Allegiant Air. We hope to visit again someday!
Sunanda's is beautiful! By chance we got the coldest day of the year for Sebastian, and had to stay in most of the time. The room was well equipped with a fridge, microwave, fruit, biscotti, cereal, a french press (+ coffee and real half and half!) It really was like home away from home. We were able to walk around the ashram and wished we could have stayed longer. The ashram grounds are pretty amazing and peaceful. We will definitely be back and enjoy warm Sebastian and hope to stay at Sunanda's again!
My boyfriend and I couldn't ask for more. Sunanda and Pam were awesome hosts and they were very compassionate and kind. They provided us with fresh fruits in the morning, honey made by the community, offered coconut milk and eggs since my bf couldn't chew due to a painful tooth ache. The access to the private pool is amazing. They have sweet cats and dogs that come say hello if you want to. The breeze, wind chimes, beautiful plants, water fountain and birds singing from the forest reserve next to the village just made our experience so zen. Yoga was nearby, kayaking, skydiving, trails, ocean and more ...Defenatly looking forward to go back!
I truly enjoyed my stay with Sunanda and Pam, they are all very nice people. Their place is quite and neat, just like paradise. I had my own room with bathroom and they even prepared fruits, coffee, and tea for me. Thanks, Sunanda and Pam. I hope I will come back to visit again!
We loved being with Sunanda at her lovely home in Kashi Ashram. Staying on the grounds of a community of conscious beings was a much appreciated sojourn in the midst of the holiday madness and a sad family obligation. The setting and accommodations provided for us showed much thoughtfulness and kindness, as our every need was anticipated. We only wish we had more time to spend walking the grounds and feeling the peacefulness of the place. Our room was very clean, tastefully decorated, with lovely south Florida breezes flowing through the open windows. One could not ask for a better situation, especially for the price. Thank you Sunanda and friend for your kind care of us....may all prosperity and peace be yours.
It's a lovely place to spend a few days if you can, pity we couldn't do it as we only stay for a night.
The room is nice and clean with your own private bathroom and there was a light continental breakfast in the room which we really liked it.
The only downside was that we didn't have internet in the room but it will not turn me down to come back there again.
