Cozy studio apartment conveniently located close to Rome(12 miles), Adairsville(5 miles), Calhoun(10 miles), and only 5 miles to I-75. Peaceful country setting with custom furniture and décor made from reclaimed materials from the surrounding area. Relax by the fire pit or just enjoy the sounds of nature

Private with lots of attention to making this space comfortable as well as having a charming decor of custom furniture and cabinetry made from local reclaimed materials from 100 year old barn.
Other things to note
Lake Pointe sports complex is about 30 minutes south of us down I-75. We have had several guests stay with us that were in town for tournaments at Lake Pointe.
We are also centrally located within 20 minutes from 3 major hospitals (Floyd, Redmond and Gordon).
