Nicol is pretty much the nicest host you're ever gonna come across. She made our stay very enjoyable and made us feel right at home. We can warmly recommend :-)
Nicoletta picked us up as we got a little lost, we were just 5 mins away. She greeted us very warmly and even had a plate of fruit and bottle of water in the fridge. We stayed in 3 different air b&b places and this one by far out did the rest.
This is a lovely apartment, spacious, attractive and containing everything you could possibly need. Best of all is the terrace where you can sit in the shade of a fig tree and look over the countryside up to the old hill town of Cortona. Our host, Nicol, is an outgoing, cheerful and generous lady, who went out of her way to make our stay a wonderful experience. We are very grateful for her hospitality.
Nicol is very good host. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very nice and the garden and the view is amazing. We would recommend this listing.
We spent 5 days in Nicol's lovely house. Everything was great! The room is nice, comfortable, clean and spacy. Kitchen has all the neccessary equipment and even a fireplace! We also enjoyed our breakfasts in the garden and fantastic view on Cortona. Nicol is a very nice and friendly host, we will definitely recommend her house for anybody who want to spend some unforgettable time in Toscana.
We had a wonderful time in Cortona and the apartment was perfect. Our host was so kind to drive us into Cortona and pick us up from the station.
Nicoleta is just great! Anything you may need while staying at her place to make you feel at home, is already there.
The place was clean and has a wonderful garden surrounded by nature and olive trees.
