great view on the roofs of Rome and we are located right in the historical centre of Rome at walking distance from world-famous Piazza Navona.
This is an ideal location for visitors: all major tourist attractions are at a walking distance and if you are not tired after an entire day strolling in Rome shopping or sightseeing, in the neighbourhood you will also find the best dining in town and a thriving night life. The apartment has one bedrooms (a queen size bed ) and a large bathroom with a shower. It can host up to 4 persons with a sleeping couch (two single beds) in the living. It is quiet and sunny with wooden beam ceilings and parquet floors. It is fully equipped with kitchen, air condition, heating, wi-fi connection.
There is no elevator. Towels and linen are provided. Minimum stay 2 nights.

We are located near Piazza Navona in the historical
center of Rome in an area ideal for visitors. All major tourist attractions are at a walking distance.
In this area you will also find the best shopping and dining in town and a thriving night life.
To reach the apartment from Fiumicino International Airport,
you can take the train from the airport to the central train station (Termini).
This is not the only train departing from the airport, so please make sure you
board the right train. The train takes approximately 40 minutes.
The train ticket is 14 euro, while a cab from the airport is around 50-60 euro.
There is also a 48 euro flat fee from the fiumicino airport anr 32 euro from ciampino airport (plus extra charge for baggage) but
ask for it to the cab driver before leaving.

From Ciampino airport there is a bus (Teravision (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)) departing
approximately 20-30 minutes after the flight arrival. The ticket is 8 euro.

From Termini (Piazza dei Cinquecento) you can take the n.40 bus, get off at
Piazza della Chiesa Nuova and walk to the apartment (approx. 5 min) or

Alternatively i can organize a limo service for you at these prices from Fiumicino and Ciampino to the apartment:
1-4 persons 45 euro (with a sedan)
5 or more persons 65 euro (with a van).
From 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. and holidays there is a 20% surcharge for after hours service.

25€. According to the Italian law all guests should provide an ID which the
host is obliged to transmit to the local police and hosts should also collect
a tourist tax of 3.5 euro per person per night.
I studied in Rome and left after my Pdh. I then came back home after having lived almost 10 years between LA, Paris, Geneva (Switzerland). I bought the apartments i am now renting and lived there for almost 15 years. then i got married and moved to another location since my wive suffers from asthma and she cannot do stairs.
