Apartment itself is great and air conditioner was great too. The walk up to the apartment was a bit sketchy at times.

The apartment was in the heart of the old town and incredibly easy to access. Check in was seamless despite our very late and delayed arrival!

A beautiful apartment in the heart of it all. Definitely for those looking to see old town but also be able to enjoy the beautiful beach & its board walk. It is a pedestrian only area with shallow steps & 4 flights of stairs up to the apartment as Lucienne describes. We found it is best to have taxis or Uber's leave us/ pick us up off the intersection of Rue Jules Gilly & the main Rd parallel to the beach. We enjoyed having everything with in steps!

I wish my own apartment was as well thought out as this one! There's a towel warmer in the bathroom, an eco friendly laundry washing machine in the kitchen, adorable loft sleeping space... sure it's a little odd for an American to hold the shower head but stay in any other residential flat in France and you'll soon learn how common this actually is. Not for those who struggle with walking because as another reviewer mentioned there are a lot of stairs.. oh but those buns of steel you could gain! Quick walk to the beach and to gardens. Flea market sales on Monday if you're interested in finding a unique souvenir. If you haven't researched the beaches in Nice then I recommend investing in water shoes because the rocks are difficult to maneuver with bare feet. Stepping lightly however I was able to find an abundance of drift wood and sea glass! Such a fun trip.

We enjoyed our stay here. We met the housekeeper only, who was friendly and showed us everything we needed to know. We were able to drop our bags off 1/2 hour early to check-in time, which was nice. The place was clean and we felt very comfortable. My friend found the sofa bed squeaky, but I didn't hear it. She is short and so she slept comfortably on the couch itself. If the steep street and many flights of stairs seem too much for you to drag your luggage up, then you may not like it here, but the workout just gave us more reason to eat ice cream :) . The location is otherwise a great spot to explore the old town of Nice, which is beautiful.

Hi

My name is Lucienne and I'm French.
After traveling and living in several countries around the globe I finally came back home to Nice 10 years ago and I love this city!

I decided to start my own business and the fast expansion of the holiday rentals industry seemed like a good opportunity for me.

I've travelled a lot and I know how the accommodation you stay in and the people you meet while travelling can impact your stay.

So when I started Holiday Rentals I knew I wanted to give my guests a true local experience and a high quality of service.
The properties I manage are mine and I've furnished and decorated myself!

I am very proud to manage properties that are up to high standards, well maintained and super clean. I also make sure that each property is fitted with everything you might need for a great stay in a home away from home.

Thanks for choosing us and we are looking forward to meeting you soon :-)
