3,000 sq. ft. house in an upper-middle class neighborhood, 7 miles from the U of Kentucky and downtown Lexington; 5 miles from the airport and Keeneland. There is a small park across the street and a grocery store (Kroger) about half a mile away.
All prices are discounted well below market rates (yes, these prices are for the entire house!) because 80 cents in my pocket is better than a dollar in someone else's pocket. :)
Bedroom 1 (master): king bed + private bathroom
Bedroom 2: queen bed + shared bathroom
Bedroom 3: double bed + shared bathroom
Bedroom 4: double bed + shared bathroom

The house was very comfortable, with plenty of space. Jason made everything super easy, and was flexible and accommodating when we needed to extend our stay a night due to bad weather. All in all, a great experience.
The house floor plan works well for family vacations and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. There is good lighting throughout the house. My family enjoyed the music and book selections. This location is conveniently located near the airport, gas station and grocery store. There are good tourist resources.
Jason was the perfect host and the place was just fantastic. We visited with a family of six and had the time of our lives at this place. Will be cherishing those memories for a long time now - Thanks to you, Jason. He was very prompt and immediate with his communication which is definitely a plus when you're away. The neighbourhood was quite nice. Someone knocked at the door one time selling their services but they did not disturb us at all once we mentioned that we are not the owners.
Our experience at Jason's "Home Away From Home" couldn't have been better. We were in town to empty my sister-in-law's apartment due to her having to be placed permanently in a nursing home. There were just two couples, so we're didn't need four bedrooms, but we certainly appreciated the wonderful home when we're returned in the evening from packing, donating and getting rid of her things. It was a wonderful place for us to relax and unwind at a very stressful time. The home is large, clean, and beautifully furnished. Our time together was so much better because of the comfort the home provided. A hotel or traditional bed and breakfast would not have been nearly as good. Since we are all retired and petless, we also enjoyed the house cat who was well mannered at all times. I just hope all of our airbnb experiences are as wonderful.
Jason's home was exactly as described! It was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was very spacious and open. The beds were very comfortable! The on suite was fantastic! The house was clean. It was nice having access to the attached garage. Our host was great and easy to get a hold of when we had some questions. We spent a lot of time downtown Lexington and the location of the house was perfect. It only took 15 minutes to get downtown. We would definitely stay here again .
Jason's house was perfect for our crew, in town filming a documentary. We had plenty of space to spread out and space to congregate. We found everything we needed for the few quick meals we prepared. Would have been nice to enjoy the back yard, but it was in the teens our entire trip!
The cat was an added bonus, quiet & to itself for the most part but always up for a scratch on the head.
