Park City Loft Condo near Old Town with parking and hot tub. Walk Score 90! Walk to lifts, bus or walk to Main St, and Sundance. Located in Powder Pointe Condos, walk to PCMR (3 minutes to Eagle-5 minutes to ticket office) and gondola access to Canyons. 2 flights of stairs to your loft condo.

The space
Across the street from Park City Mountain Resort with the largest ski area in North America. The condo is approximately 850 square feet. Queen bedroom downstairs-full bath and Queen sofa bed in the living room. 2 twin beds upstairs with 3/4 bath. Kitchen with dishwasher. 2nd floor unit with ski storage off the parking lot.

NO AIR CONDITIONER. Cool evenings with open balcony and windows for fresh breeze and fresh air.

Guest access
Condo and ski storage unit (in the parking area) Combo lock for the unit and for ski storage. Hot tub is outside with access to all guests. PARKING in POWDER POINTE A or B. One spot. Anywhere. First come, first served basis.

Other things to note
Walking distance to restaurants at PCMR. About a MILE to Main Street (bus stop on Park Ave). Starbucks and shopping center within 5 minutes walk. Hot tub in the complex for use . There is NO AIR CONDITIONING. Open the sliding door and windows in the evening for cooling and capture that cool air during the day. Host is not responsible for natural disasters, power outages, hot tub availability and other events out of their immediate control. Contact the host and I will do my best to correct the situation as soon as possible. PARKING is first come-first served. One spot only please, regardless of location on the lot including under the building.
