Lake front home with panoramic lake views just outside of Lincoln City. Large lot with paved turnaround driveway offers abundant parking for guests, boats and RVs. Sitting on the shore of Devil's Lake you'll have fun fishing, boating and swimming with a private dock. Lincoln City lies less than three miles away.

The space
This house has a large yard overlooking the lake with waterfront access and its own private dock. From the house you will enjoy floor to ceiling window views of the lake. The kitchen is set with a dishwasher & Keurig coffee maker and open to the large family dinning table, pub table with checkerboard and living room that welcomes you with a variety of comfortable furniture in front of the stone-faced fireplace. SPRING 2023 UPDATES: new cooktop & laminate flooring throughout downstairs living space.

Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms make this house comfortable for 8 people. The master bedroom located downstairs features a queen bed and is situated next to the downstairs bathroom.

Two bedrooms are located upstairs with a shared Jack & Jill bathroom. One bedroom features a queen bed while the other bedroom features two twin-over-queen bunk beds.

Outside you can relax on the patio chairs on the large deck, enjoy the hot tub, play games on the lawn, grill up food on the BBQ, and roast s'mores on the outdoor fire pit.

The house is perfect for a family vacation or a group of friends. Have fun at the lake all day or take a short drive to Lincoln City to enjoy the Casino, walk the shops, visit the outlet mall or the cities beaches.

There is two kayaks and two paddleboards available for guest use on the lake. Kayaks & paddleboards cannot be taken from the premises via vehicle. MUST WEAR LIFEJACKETS.
